Breakers 108 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom North Forest Beach villa rental, located just steps from the beach for the perfect getaway and island vacation on Hilton Head.

This comfortably furnished and well-equipped Forest Beach villa features warm wood flooring throughout. The bedroom features a queen bed, plenty of cabinet and drawer space and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The hall bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower. A full size washer/dryer unit is located just off the bathroom.

The well-appointed living area features a sleeper sofa, three bar stools and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Just off the living room, you'll find a private patio with two chairs and a table - perfect for a shaded reprieve from the beach!

The Breakers location in North Forest Beach is a favorite for hundreds of Hilton Head visitors. The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores, all of which are a short walk from The Breakers. Coligny Plaza is directly adjacent to the Breakers. All of this is situated within the natural beauty that is Hilton Head and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Parking in the complex is limited to 1 vehicle pass per villa.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Perfect location for Hilton Head shops and beach

We’ve visited Hilton Head several times but never stayed by the beach. This rental is in the ideal spot for the local shops, restaurants, and, of course, the ocean. Very clean rental! Would consider staying again.

Location excellent with easy access to beach and shopping and restaurants. Covered parking quite convenient. Our 2nd year there and will return.

Located in the heart of everything!

We love coming to the Breakers every September, specifically because the breakers are located in the heart of everything! Just a minute from the beach, restaurants and shops! You can walk almost anywhere from this location. Oh, and the condo was clean, up-to-date!

Great condo

It was exactly as advertised and completely renovated. Close to everything. Disappointed that the pool was not heated especially staying in February and March which are cooler months.

Perfect for couple

This property was really nice. Great location. We walked EVERYWHERE. So convenient. Inside is totally redone like the photos. Lots of storage and really nive shower. Doesnt have a beach balcony view but that was okay. Nice and shady for morning coffee. We enjoy the pool and the beach location. Very happy with stay. Would definitely book again. We wanted to stay longer!

Lovely little property!

We have stayed at the breakers resort before and been disappointed. But this unit is perfectly remodeled! They left no stone unturned. Everything is fresh and new and updated beautifully. We have had terrible problems with rental companies in the last couple of properties we've rented through VRBO but this time we were very impressed with sunset rentals prompt response and ease of communication. The only trouble we had during our stay was with the internet going in and out the whole time we were there.
