Welcome to this beautiful Beachside Getaway, located in the perfect spot to enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer! With all remodeled bathrooms, solid surface flooring, granite countertops throughout, smooth ceilings, and beautiful furnishings and accessories, this villa is sure to make your stay comfortable and luxurious.

This villa is just steps away from the ocean and the island's 50 miles of public bicycle paths and nature trails. Outdoor activities abound, from exploring the island's many nature preserves and beaches to enjoying water sports and zip line adventures. And for those who love to shop, there are outdoor malls, outlet malls, and specialty shops galore!

The villa itself features hardwood flooring in the dining and living room, as well as both of the bedrooms. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed. In addition to the villa's fantastic amenities, you will also be able to enjoy stunning views over a gorgeous resort-style setting. And if you're looking to explore the island, the villa is located within walking distance of Coligny Plaza and the new Coligny Park.

Great location. Can see the community pool from the villa. Down fall was the cleanliness of the towels, the clogged drain in the front master bathroom and there was not an ironing board

Nice unit with all you need.

We stayed here on a last-minute trip and needed two bedrooms. The unit is clean and has all you need. It's walking distance from the beach and centrally located for all other activities you would drive to.
