Welcome to the 7830 Centrecourt, your perfect vacation home in Hilton Head Island! This villa offers a prime location in Palmetto Dunes, which boasts some of the best golf courses on the island. If you're looking to relax, the community pool is just a short stroll away, where you can enjoy some private time with only other renters and owners around.

Living Spaces:
Recent renovations have made this villa a top choice for guests. The hardwood flooring throughout adds a touch of elegance to the space, while stainless steel appliances make it easy to prepare meals for your group. The dining area has a table that seats six, and the welcoming living room is the perfect spot to relax after a long day.

Accommodations:
The Master bedroom features a comfortable King bed, while the guest bedroom has two cozy Queen beds. 2 full bathrooms complete the space.

Feel free to enjoy your morning coffee on the cozy outdoor balcony, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. This villa is also steps away from the beach and the bicycle path, making it perfect for a family vacation, golf group outing, or weekend getaway.

Love this condo!

This was our second time staying at this condo because we enjoyed it so much! Pictures are accurate to furnishings and the porch was really nice to have with the mild temperatures we had! Great location with close proximity to bike path, golf, bike rental, and beach! We will definitely stay here again!

Family Beach Trip

The condo was a wonderful location. Close to the pool, short walk to the beach, clean and looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great 4th of July

Great location. Large bedrooms, so great for a small family. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes but right in the heart of the tennis and pickle ball courts. We will stay there again!

Great location, convenient and clean

Primary contact was easy to work with, property was nice and felt comfortable and homey. Kitchen and dishwater is a little outdated but not that big of a deal. Overall, great rental experience.

Great location

Perfect for our family and we really enjoyed our stay. After being a former HHI property owner, we were nervous to return to the island staying at a different place. The location was perfect-close to the beach, many other amenities and restaurants. Description of property was accurate and it had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Management communication was prompt and answered all questions we had. Would recommend!

Relaxing week!

We reallh enjoyed our week staying at this property! The condo is a short bike ride or walk to the beach and general store. We could even bike to Starbucks! Check in process was simple. Communication was amazing. The condo was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Stay

Couldn’t recommend enough. Property was very clean and very large. Very close to the beach but also just far enough that the area was quiet. They were very accommodating to every request that we had. I even forgot my suit bag in the closet and they were willing to ship it home for me. 5/5!

Dudes Golf Trip

The was a great trip for a long golf trip. The place was well situated with quick access, in the middle of plenty of golf courses and shopping, and made for an easy in-and-out for the day. There was no grill in unit, however there is one in a common area that take charcoal....not what I had expected or desired. Otherwise, the unit and price fit our needs well. Looking into returning for an more extended stay for next year as I am know a "remote" employee.

Poor Cleanliness

This is in an excellent location—near restaurants and a short walk to the beach! Upon arrival, the property was not very clean. The beds were loaded with dog hair down to the sheets and mattress covers and the floors were very dirty. Property management was responsive.

Perfect Get Away

My husband and I loved the property. The management was exceptional and allowed us to bring our german shepherd and Siberian husky. It's difficult for pet owners of large breeds to find a place to stay for vacation, and my partner and I wanted nothing more than to bring our fur babies on vacation! We were worried that the place may be loud due to it being pet friendly but it was so quiet and peaceful the entire stay. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. The only complaint we have was that the floors needed to be cleaned and we wore our sandals throughout the condo to prevent our feet from getting dirty. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay and we will likely stay here again on our next visit to Hilton Head!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS UNIT

This unit was absolutely disgusting. Dust and dirt everywhere in the unit. It looked like the unit was never cleaned. Also the toilets were so small it was laughable. Way overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend staying at this property.

Deferred Maintenance

We found left over hair balls. There weren't enough trash bags. TVs were under size and outside of the unit was dirty. Toilet overflowed twice.
