Experience the Emerald Green waters of the Gulf and white sand beach spreading out for miles in both directions when you stand on the large balcony of our very special, 4 bedroom, 3 bath gulf front condominium. Imagine….. morning coffee while watching the sunrise and the dolphins playing! As your day comes to an end it becomes a surreal peaceful venue to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening as you catch a beautiful sunset from the water front balcony. There really is no better place to relax and listen to the waves roll upon the beach. At the beach enjoy 2 beach setups (March - October) that is 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas.

The condo is located on the 7th floor at Silver Beach Towers (served by high-speed elevators), the perfect location, not too high and not too low!

This is a superior, end unit, with great square footage, a larger Gulf-front balcony, and an exceptional view even from the dining area! Inside you will find well thought out features! We have included a KING bed in 3 of the bedrooms and one bedroom with a full sofa bed. This allows for a total of up to 8 people to sleep comfortably. In addition, each bedroom has at least a 50" Smart TV and a Large Smart TV in the living room. The King Master Suite with the newly renovated bath overlooks the Gulf (with access to the gulf front balcony), while the other 3 bedrooms step out on the balcony to view Destin's lights. The remodeled in 2024 kitchen comes well stocked and offers quartz counters and cabinetry. There is a new coffee bar with a plumbed Keuirg, just bring your favorite flavor pod. The practical side of what makes a vacation worry-free has not been overlooked either with a large laundry room for your personal use. The combination living and dining area can easily seat everyone for in-room dining with the eat-in bar and a large dining table or eat on the balcony with table seating 6.

Your family and friends can enjoy swimming, beach games, kite flying, crabbing, boogie boarding, kayaking, or playing in the sand making sandcastles as well as lifetime memories while just seconds from your door or balcony. Silver Beach Towers offers some of the best man-made and impressive on-site comforts including two Gulfside pools, two whirlpool spas, tennis court, easy access to the beautiful beaches, outdoor BBQ grills, well-maintained landscaping and parking. You can easily walk to a few eating establishments, Mimmos, Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, Back Porch and beach shops. Reserve your time today before your week is gone.

Family of 8 weeklong stay

The accommodations were wonderful. A great view of the ocean from all rooms on the ocean front. Parking was great. Pool and beach access were great. Convenient to all of the area attractions. By far the best place we have ever stayed on vacation. Will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay!

Our condo was wonderful! It was stocked with anything we could ask for, beautiful and up to date. Linda was available and always friendly with any questions we had. We have stayed at several different condos in Destin and this was by far the best! Even a great selections of books!

Everything about this condo is AMAZING!! The description and pictures online do not give it justice! It was like home away from home, with ALL of the things you might need! The host was very helpful and available before and during the stay. I would give this property 10 stars if I could!

Amazing Place!

I can't say enough about how awesome this rental was. This place had everything you could need with a very spacious layout. The view was amazing! The kitchen was beautiful with every kitchen gadget you could want. We had one small hiccup that Linda took care of right away. She stayed in contact and made sure our stay was perfect and went above and beyond what she had to. I can't say enough good things about this place and the owner. Book here if you can!!

Perfection

My family and I spent the week of July 4th in Destin. Everything about this condo was perfect! The location was just the beginning. This was the most well furnished, beautifully decorated, and well equipped condo we have stayed in. It made this such an enjoyable and easy vacation. Also, I can not emphasize enough how much we appreciated Linda! We spoke several times before our arrival and she explained the check in/check out process and asked if we had any questions prior to arrival. My family and I hope to return next year and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else!

Beautiful Condo with excellent amenities

Condo was lovely, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had every appliance and gadgets that we needed! Linda was wonderful to work with, she provided a plethora of details that made our visit perfect. We have our daughter and son and their spouses and two grandchildren. Well-stocked and beautiful condo!

This condo has a great view of the beach and the pre-communication/check-in process was great. My family and I have stayed in this building for at least 15 years but this was our first time in this particular condo. It was the most well-stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in. It had everything we needed for laundry, in the kitchen, etc but also had a lot of games, books, movies, and beach toys and towels throughout the condo for use.The master suite is very spacious and has a gorgeous bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Great beach view condo

Loved the condo …. It had a very large patio overlooking the beach ….the house was stocked with plenty of kitchen amenities and the refrigerator had a filtered watered button which was awesome . This condos A/C unit was one of the best that we’ve experienced on any of our visits … the owner provided extra beach chairs for the beach , inflatables and boogy boards . Would highly recommend this place plus the owner was very accommodating and easy to get hold of

Fantastic home and hostess!!

This home has it all! I say home because you really feel like you are a guest in someone’s home here and not just in a rental. Love the personal touch! It is fully stocked for all your needs. We brought most of our own because we have always had to have things everywhere else we have ever stayed, it was not necessary here! The condo is very clean, spacious and BEAUTIFUL with high class furnishings. The pools and remaining facility were also very clean and up to date. Beach access is a breeze as well as the umbrella and chair rentals to access that she provides in her rental price. Gorgeous views from inside and on the balcony!!! Linda does a very good job providing you with all the needed information from checking in to housekeeping guidelines. We loved it here so much and hope to return again soon. Linda even worked with us to extend our trip an extra day since there happened to be a day available before the arrival of her next guest! Linda, we can’t thank you enough for sharing your lovely home and being so easy to work with! You are an amazing host!!

Our stay was fantastic and the property looks just as the pictures show it if not BETTER! The fully equipped kitchen was extremely useful. The communication with Linda was so nice and easy. I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Memorable Family Vacation

It was a wonderful family vacation to celebrate my 70th birthday! The condo is tastefully decorated with a beach theme of soothing colors and decor. The beach front view is very beautiful. Everyday we saw dolphins swimming. Listening to and watching the multi colored gulf waters role across the smooth white sands helped start our day filled with fun and lots of sunshine for the beach and pool. The owner Linda is very thoughtful in making her condo feel like home . She is a pleasant owner who is very easy to work with and wants all of her guests to feel welcomed. There is a saying that says; “Memories made at the beach stay in our hearts forever “ Joyfully Blessed

Destin Family Vacation - Best yet

We have been coming to Destin for 8 years now and this was one of the best yet. The condo was very clean and updated and well kept. The Property Owner/Manager was an absolute delight and extremely detailed with check in check out instructions. Highly recommend staying in 706W Silver Beach Towers!

We love Destin and live here the majority of the year. The income from our property funds Blessings to Share Foundation, which helps 18 to 40 year old Neurodiverse, High Functioning Intellectual Developmentally Disabled or Autistic individuals in their journey to
self-actualization.

We looked for 2 years at different units at Silver Beach Towers and finally decided to take the plunge and get a 4 bedroom and we are so happy we made the decision because we love it. There are 3 units on a floor so it is quieter plus the interior entrances to the condo is more private. Pool area is large enough to accommodate a lot of visitors. The Condo is convenient to everything Destin has to offer, food, shopping, fishing, etc...

Walk up the beach to eat at Back Porch, across the street to Chick-fil-a, Starbucks and Shakee's Custard or walk or bike on the street side to numerous places to eat or Big Kahuna, Target or Winn Dixie. Walmart is 3/4 a mile to the East. Building is securely locked 24/7 and have to use a Fob for entrance from beach or front.
