We had a wonderful family stay in Villa Anissa. The location, the communication with the landlord, the conditions in the Villa were perfekt. The view from the Villa is overwhelming. Thank you very much. We will definitly come back next year.

Great Location, Needs Small Updates

Overall good stay. Great location, though a car is recommended for trips. The property matches the photos, with a well-kept outdoor area. Some indoor spaces need updates. Friendly cats roam the area—please provide fresh water (and possibly food) <3

Beautiful villa but services to improve

Very good stay in a beautiful, pleasant and well-appointed villa. Comfortable rooms and garden with swimming pool, essential in periods of high heat. However, note a few points that deserve to be improved. The advert provided for a cleaning lady to come and change the linen once a week, which was not done. No one came by during our stay. The pool was cleaned on the day of our arrival and on the day of our departure two weeks later, but all these services were included in the rental. Last point, the fences in the garden in front of the house were changed before our arrival and the old fences remained in front of the house for the duration of the stay. In conclusion, great services for the villa but the service is not up to par and does not respect the commitments described in the advertisement

Die Betten waren leider sehr hart und haben zudem beim bewegen laut gequietscht.Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas dürftig, wenn man vor hat selbst zu kochen. Der angegebene Toaster war ein Sandwich-maker, der auch schon auseinander fiel.Der Geschirrspüler hat seine Arbeit eher so semi gut erledigt, alles Geschirr und Besteck kam, trotz Salz und Klarspüler stumpf und nicht sauber raus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief eher schlecht. Von uns angesprochene Mängel (nicht funktionierende Lampe im sehr dunklen Treppenaufgang), defekte Duschkopfhalterung wurden nicht repariert.Der Pool hat auch schon bessere Tage erlebt.

Deze villa ligt op een geweldige lokatie

Een heerlijke vakantie gehad, geweldig uitzicht en lokatie, slechte bedden. Van de 3 airconditioning deed 1 het er maar gelukkig in de slaapkamer. Een update van het interieur zou op zijn plaats zijn. Het zwembad was groter dan op de foto en met 4 ligbedden was het perfect. Er stonden maar 2 lekkere buiten stoelen en tafeltje voor ons genoeg maar voor 6 pers. Veel te weinig. Geen werkster gezien, dat was wel fijn geweest omdat wij er 17 dagen zijn geweest.
Plek afgesloten plek met poort voor een auto.

Hard to find something like this

I booked this villa for me, my wife and our three kids (4, 6, 9) and I have to say that it was a very good decision. The villa is placed up high on a quiet spot and you can see the ocean! Beautiful! The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. The pool is larger than it appears to be on the pictures. The villa itself was very clean and cozy. The kitchen has all what you could possibly need. The coffee machine is a little tricky to use but is working fine. We had a problem with the oven and one lightbulb burned through. I contacted Hagop and one day later there was an electrician who fixed that. After one week a gardener and a housecleaner came to do their job. That was unexpected but we loved it. In the little town center you get all that you need, there are coffeeshops, restaurants, a supermarket, a nice beach and so on. Rethymno is nearby (15 min by car). It's an incredibly nice town and we visited it a lot for shopping and dinner. There are so many beautiful buildings and historical places to discover, we loved it. So, all in all, I can only recommend this villa and the region. Thanks for all Hagop. It was an unforgettable vacation!
