If your idea of a vacation includes a new sunbathed luxurious home with ocean views, multiple private outdoor sitting areas, direct beach access, comfortable beds for restful sleep, and elevator access to all three floors of a reverse floorplan retreat, this home will satisfy all your needs. This 4 bedroom, 3 and ½ bathroom townhouse with 2 master bedrooms is an ideal layout for a large family or 2 families.

The first floor includes a private Queen master bedroom with a large walk-in closet, en-suite with dual sinks and rainfall shower, a Smart TV, and a patio. The second floor houses a King master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, custom walk-in closet, a Smart TV, and furnished private balcony to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Also on the second floor is the third bedroom with a full-size over full-size bunk bed with a pullout twin trundle and a full sized crib on wheels (to move to whichever room you need the little one to sleep in or to fold away if not needed). This bedroom also includes blackout curtains. Rounding out the bedroom floor is a bedroom with a comfortable full-size bed, and a bathroom with a tub.

Ascending the stairs or taking the elevator to third floor, you are greeted by cathedral ceilings soaring over the common living area, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a farmhouse sink. There’s seating for 12 in the dining area at the 8-person dining table and breakfast bar that seats 4. Make your way over after dinner to the living area with comfy couches and a Smart TV. You’ll want to spend lots of time on the 3rd floor 200 sq ft patio area with a table for 6 for al fresco dining in addition to 4 Polywood chairs to take in the ocean views while cooled by the dual fans above.

When you’re not relaxing in your retreat, you may be lounging in the community saltwater pool complete with an outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor fridge and bathroom (open through October 31st). You’ll also love the convenience of direct beach access, literally across the street. Close enough that you can run back and grab your forgotten sunglasses and be back before your family even knows you’re gone. You can also wash off the sand from the beach with the private outdoor shower located on the side of the house. This is the preferred location on the island surrounded by the picturesque colorful beach homes and ocean views as far as you can see. The townhouse has parking for 3 cars and an overflow parking area in the back.
