We had a wonderful stay at 798 Sunrise. The furniture was comfortable and attractive, everything was spotlessly clean, and the outside yard was beautiful. The pool gazebo area was our favorite dining spot, offering views of the sunset. Pool itself had plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and sparkling clean water. Our toddler granddaughter was enchanted with the bunny why appeared each evening to nibble the grass. Looking for a great getaway? This is the spot!

Check in was a breeze, house was spotless and kitchen is well stocked so easy to cook for the family. Pool is a great added extra and the space is plenty big enough. Great quiet location close enough to amenities in Avalon. Highly recommend.

In absolute 5-star experience! Highly recommend.We had an amazing stay here and couldn't have asked for a better getaway. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculate and clean the room was—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and completely ready for our arrival.The host was exceptionally welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Great Vacation House

What a great house! The decor and feel of the house was extremely nice. Everyone room was clean, and comfortable. We absolutely loved the kitchen. Relaxing at the pool each late afternoon was a welcome treat after spending the day at the beach. We highly recommend renting this property!

5 star stay!

My friends and I did a girls trip for a few days and had such a great time! The house was perfect for us- clean, cute neighborhood and in a convenient location. The house came with the amenities/appliances needed and the pool was a huge plus! Carissa was a pleasure work with, as she was very responsive, professional and friendly. My friends and I are already planning our follow up trip for next year!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We only spent two nights, so it was a very quick trip, but the house had everything we needed. We loved the kitchen/living area to prep food and have the kids within sight. The pool was such a nice addition to our stay since we were able to swim while our little one slept. There was a scent of cat pee throughout the bathrooms, so I wonder if there was a kitty licking there at some point. There was also a bit of mold on the ceiling in the hall bath. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Quiet and spacious condo!

Nicely renovated place with a great sitting room and big kitchen for families. The lower level/one floor layout was perfect for my Dad who has trouble walking up stairs. Great communication with the owners!

Wedding weekend - overflow house

We rented this house for in the event of any of our wedding guests needing a place to crash. My (now) husband’s brother and wife stayed here and loved it!

Place was great. Off-street parking. One black walk to sunset viewing over the bay. Grandkids loved the pool.

Bachelorette

We had a fun getaway weekend at Avalon for my bachelorette party. We enjoyed the nice warm pool! Outside property was very well maintained, inside had ants everywhere. We kept finding them in the kitchen, couch, window sills, and beds! I ended up having to reach out to make the property manager aware that pest control was needed. Owners upstairs have dogs that whine and bark and you can hear straight through the walls. We also woke up to a concert every morning (blasting music in the shower) upstairs. If I were to come back, I definitely would not bring children for this reason as it was very disturbing. You do share the pool with the owners upstairs whom were down in the pool area with us 90% of the time. I think it’s worth finding a property whom you don’t have to share with another family is ideal. It was like being in college all over again! 😏

The upstairs guests was a one-off and we apologize for their noise. We will take this review into consideration if those guests or other guests with pets wish to book with us again in that unit.

Great property!!

This was our second year in a row renting this property. We love it and accommodated 8 adults very nicely! Would also work well for a couple families renting together! The pool is a great addition and it’s a great location to the center of town. I’d highly recommend renting here!!!

Family Wedding

The location of this property was excellent for our use. Very close to the NJ family our daughter was marrying into. The unit did not meet our expectations as ready to use. There was mold on the ceiling of one bathroom, garbage left outside the door, and dishes left in the dishwasher. Few amenities such as soap, coffee filters, dishwashing soap and toilet paper were provided. We traveled from Portland, OR to NJ for this stay and did not expect to have to purchase these items in order to spend our first night. The pool was not heated as stated in the listing and we had to rent sheets and towels. We would have preferred to have these supplied by VRBO at additional expense rather than have to arrange for them ourselves. Plus, the TV fell off the wall, narrowly missing one of our guests.

Hi Martin, we wish that we knew about any of these reportings during your stay. Our pool company went out after your review and we didn’t find anything out of ordinary as it was set at 82. We would have gladly adjusted the temp for you. We were happy to accommodate your family brunch with a lot of extra guests. We did discuss what items were not included as advertised before your stay and we hope to be able to provide more amenities in the future. We’re so glad no one was hurt when the TV was pulled from the wall. Thanks again for your stay

Beautiful Avalon property

We had an enjoyable week at this beautiful first floor beach home located at the tip of 21st street. The location was lovely, the sunsets spectacular. It was a great way to kick off our summer vacation. I would highly recommend this property.
