Great location and setup, but condo needs work
We stayed for 5 nights with my family of 5. Locations is great — we usually stay in this area, but ~.25 mile down the beach. Bones of condo are fine…kids liked bunk bed and kitchen had everything you would need to cook a simple meal. Pool/hot tub were well-kept. Had some beach toys/chairs available for use on balcony. Parking convenient.
The unit needs significant updating. One of the two DVD players didn’t work, iron doesn’t work, bathroom cabinetry falling apart, rug and couch in living room need significant professional cleaning (I was tempted to roll it up and put the rug out of the way for the duration of our stay), we found two rusty roofing nails and a long, rusty screw on the concrete around the pool (I know this is common ground and not specific to this unit, but I feel it’s fair to know). The extra pillows in closet smelled of urine.
Didn’t deal with property manager on any of it so I can’t give feedback on that. However, I was provided contact info for property manager prior to stay. Appreciated that. Nothing was emergent enough that I needed to reach out.
