BEST KEPT SECRET IN MAUNA LANI - Mauna Lani Villages 329 is a modern, highly renovated three bedroom townhome located right in the middle of the exclusive Mauna Lani Resort, where guests are able to access private beach clubs, secluded oceanfront trails and restaurants and shopping. Villages 329 is a spacious home located in an extremely quiet location of The Villages with a stunning sunset view. This home accommodates four (4) ADULT guests comfortably, and offers two parking spots in the driveway.

* 3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bath Maile floor plan villa

* Large lanai offers beautiful sunset and mountain views with a built-in BBQ grill and wet bar

absolutely lovely vacation!

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at kamuela. we have stayed at the villages many times and can say this is the nicest and most lovingly maintained home we have rented. it is in fabulous condition with tons of upgrades. highly recommend and will surely return!

Had a great visit. We have been coming to the Mauna Lani are for the past 15 years and absolutely loved this property. Comfy, spacious, well equipped, perfect location. Fantastic! Owners and staff were/are great to us as well!

The Villages at Mauna Lani

Property exceeded my expectations. The condo is in pristine condition, extremely clean and stocked with every amenity. Extremely comfortable and quiet. Hosts and property manager are both very gracious and helpful. Would definitely reserve for another stay!

Beautiful property! Lots of space for the entire family! LOVED 329!

We just spent 12 nights at this beautiful property. So spacious! Gorgeous kitchen with everything you need and more. They provided many beach items, such as beach chairs, lots of beach towels, and easy access to the pool. We liked this location near good beaches, and a quality grocery store. We would stay here again for sure! Mahalo for your the use of your beautiful home!!

Fabulous Property

Our party of three had an amazing time at this property! The house is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. The location was great for discovering the island. There is a nearby grocery store that is convenient for groceries. We had fun discovering the area’s fish ponds, trails, and beach club. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back one day. High quality rental

This is a very high quality rental. It is beautifully appointed, all high quality items and the owners are super responsive. We’ve been renting vacation rentals for over 30 years and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. Don’t under-estimate the value of a private beach for residents of the development and easy access to grocery store next door. Great set up for 3 adult couples to share.

Relaxing In Paradise - 5 Star Experience

We have been vacationing on the Big Island over the past 25 years. This property, by far, exceeds all expectations. Extremely clean and well stocked with every amenity along with the thoughtful interior decorating and well equipped kitchen . Our hosts John and Kerre have pride of ownership and have taken all measures to ensure their guests have everything they need. Felt like home

The home is very well appointed and maintained. The home has everything for a comfortable hawaiian stay. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, outdoor grill and kitchen, big living area, and every kitchen appliance. Owners made sure to provide instruction manual for everything in the house and nearby suggestions. The two full bathrooms downstairs are brand new and look beautiful. Bed are perfect for a restful night's sleep. We look guard to staying in this home next time we visit the Big Island.

Fabulous Hawaiian Vacation

This vacation home was the perfect setting for our Hawaiian get-away. The property had three lovely bedrooms with beautiful bathrooms for each plus a powder room. The decor of the home was lovely and the kitchen was large and very well-stocked with every pot and pan and dish and bowl etc, AND had a full array of spices to use which made cooking a breeze!! The home also had very nice beach chairs and plush beach towels to use and had 4 bicycles for guest use!! We loved the location and the owner did a great job giving us suggestions on beach spots, restaurants and shopping ideas. Overall, I would highly recommend this home for a Hawaiian vacation!!!

Beautifully appointed condo

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed condo. Beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, nice bedding. Clearly designed and outfitted with adults in mind. Two master suites, each on a different floor, great for two couples. Responsive owners and local concierge. Highly recommend. Bonuses for the sustainability minded: solar panels, zonal temperature controls, and ceiling fans. Bikes to easily travel around Mauna Lani resort.

Beautiful & Perfect Mauna Lani Villages Home

This townhome located in The Villages at Mauna Lani, is spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and very well appointed. Kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or longterm stay. Floor plan works great for couples traveling together with two master bedroom suites, one on each floor. Balcony with large patio table and outdoor kitchen is perfect for enjoying the wonderful Hawaiian weather. Neighborhood is quiet and meticulously cared for. Communications with owners and property manager were excellent. Highly recommend!

Quality, Comfort, Great Location.

This home is a great choice for two or three couples or a family. The two master suites with en-suite bathrooms allow two couples to have equal quality and size spaces to retreat. I love to cook, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you require to prepare gourmet meals. All rooms were spacious which provided comfort for all. The patio was used daily to enjoy early morning coffee and meals. And the sunsets were amazing. The beach access included with the stay was a huge plus, which was a short distance. We had a fabulous time over our three week visit to the Big Island, it was one of the best units we’ve rented over the years in all of Hawaii.

We had the best time here in Mauna Lani, the location is central to shopping, eating and visiting public beaches along with bonus access to the Beach Club. The house is beautiful and has everything. Beds are super comfortable and the the kitchen is supplied with basics for the occasional meal cooked at home. Love the induction cook top; we are considering switching to it back at home. Fantastic owner response within minutes after sending a question about the TV. 10 Stars all the way around. Mahalo

Perfect Peaceful Paradise

This thoughtfully decorated townhome is incredibly clean and quiet with comfortable, quality furnishings. The bedrooms, baths and common spaces are spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve delicious meals. We made good use of the Sonos sound system and found the AC and thermostat easy to adjust—we were always comfortable, day and night. WiFi worked great. We ate all of our meals outdoors on the roomy lanai—and have oodles of breathtaking sunset photos we took from there. We liked its convenient location: full grocery, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, access to Mauna Lani beach including nearby parking, and fresh, made-to-order malasadas + a gourmet coffee truck just three miles up the highway. The owners were very helpful prior to our visit and the on-island concierge was also incredibly prompt and thorough. Highly recommend.

A Home with True Aloha Spirit!

From the very beginning of our booking process to the end of our stay, the host/owner was exceptionally responsive and forthcoming, making our entire experience smooth and easy. Having stayed at several VRBO’s, we consider this property to be the best we’ve ever experienced. The home is exactly as described, well-appointed, upscale comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms, clear instructions, fully equipped kitchen and lanai BBQ from spices to numerous cooking utensils. The owners attention to detail was remarkable, as the home was truly furnished with care, comfort, and thoughtfulness. The only minor issue we encountered was tha the BBQ wouldn’t light. However, Kathi, the property manager, was immediately responsive with resolving the problem. When considering staying on the Big Island in the future, we would definitely choose to stay here again. The true “Aloha Spirit” could be felt throughout….

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home - very comfortable. The only small bit of constructive criticism I would give is that it is terribly warm at night. I completely understand this is someone’s home and don’t want people taking advantage of air-conditioning, but with the air conditioning going no lower than 72 and plastic mattress protectors, it was nearly impossible to get a good nights sleep. The fan wasn’t very helpful - couldn’t feel the breeze and was wondering if it might be rotating the wrong way (noisy but I got used to it a few nights in - and it’s gorgeous !). Other than that slightly minor complaint -fantastic!!!! Thank you for letting us stay on your beautiful home.

Shawna, thank you for your review. We are so glad to hear you found the home pleasing and comfortable. We are sorry, however, to hear that you found the evenings too warm. We really wish you had notified us or our property manager during your stay as this is the first we have heard of your concern. If you had reached out to either of us we would have been able to troubleshoot if there was a problem - it could have been a simple issue of the AC sensor being triggered if one of the lanai doors was left ajar. Also, as a point of clarification, we do not have plastic mattress covers. All of our mattress pads are made of all cotton and anticrobial fiber to ensure our guests have a safe and comfortable stay. Fantastic property

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the Mauna Lani resort area and have vacationed here for years. The difference this time was this specific property....it was beautifully decorated and taken care of. Everything we needed was here and the owners were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is top notch!! Location is great! The condo is beautiful and exactly as described. This is by far the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in many. Kona coast get away

We were very impressed by the home and location in the Mauna Lani complex. The property manager was excellently, and the home was perfectly outfitted for our family. We look forward to returning to the same property in the future.
