The living room has full size couch and love seat couch, small corner desk, 50" smart TV, DVD player and 2 chairs for use on the balcony, new (2022) hurricane thermal windows. Glass on full screen door is also adjustable for additional airflow during winter months. Bedroom has 32" Smart TV, plenty of closet and dresser storage and large window with partial bay views looking towards downtown St. Petersburg. All the towels and linens necessary are provided. New whole unit water filtration/softener (2022) eliminates need for bottled water. A/C/heat new (2021). New refrigerator (2025).

Treasure Island, Florida is a barrier island located in a sub-tropical climate and as such hurricane season runs June 1-Nov. 30, with a peak in August and September. By booking this property you are acknowledging that should a major storm develop during your stay it is possible that there may be a loss of power in the building, in which case the elevators would not be operational. There are 3 stairwells available, and this unit is on the 3rd floor. Additionally in extremely rare cases of a severe storm the Pinellas County Sheriff could order a mandatory evacuation off Treasure Island. By booking this property you are agreeing to abide by any evacuation orders issued.

Regretfully I have had to raise my rates going into 2024 due to extreme increases in beach property and flood insurance resulting in HOA fees increasing 20% this year above the 40% monthly HOA increase 2022 into 2023.
