Great condo and balcony with beautiful beach view and easy beach access, nice clean pool with new furniture. Unit was spacious and well stocked, clean, comfy, very peaceful location, building well maintained. We had no issues but hosts were quick to respond to a few general questions. Will stay here again!!!

This condo is amazing. Awesome location, equipped with everything thing you can think of, so clean, the pool was clean and refreshing, plenty of room and communication with owner was great, answered questions within minutes!

Winter Getaway

This is our second time staying here and would definitely book again. We love this place! The views from the balcony are amazing with spectacular sunsets, comfortable beds, huge leather sectional in living room and an open concept kitchen.

The condo was very nice, clean, well decorated and easy access. The view was beautiful. Beach wasn't useableas there were construction vehicles running up and down the beach all day for beach renourishment. The condo up on 704 was doing work all week with pounding, drilling and banging pretty much till our last day. We left in the morning and came after 5. Other than that it was ok.

What an amazing condo! Beautifully remodeled! It is equipped with 2 sets of beach chairs, umbrella, and loads of beach floats and toys. The kitchen had everything for cooking meals, a small bar for drinks and coffee. Beds were very comfortable ! I live an hour away so I’m planning on returning next year !!

Great unit and host. Condo had a lot of extra personal accessories,felt like home rather than hotel room. Host replied quickly,very accommodating.

My husband and I loved staying at this property. It was clean, spacious, and stocked with the essentials needed. We loved the view from the balcony and listening to the waves at night. Highly recommend.

We thought the property was terrific. It was decorated beautifully. It was great for the 4 of us to get away. I would definitely rent this one again. Property owner was easy to talk too and responded very quickly to emails and texts. Once again we loved it!!

Wonderful!

We had a spectacular month! The condo was well kept, location was great, and many restaurants within walking distance. We had our son and family come for a week and we truly appreciated the pool and sand toys that were in the condo! I would highly recommend renting from Billie.

Perfect location on the beach in Indian Shores!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! This condo was very welcoming & had more than we had expected! The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, & her decor was beautiful! The The nightly sunset from the balcony was unbelievable! Our host couldn’t have been more accommodating & pleasant! If we could give this condo/host more than 5 stars, we would! We would definitely return!

Wonderful!

All the spices, dishes, towels, and games they have here are surprising for a rental. Seriously, awesome! Communication with Billie was fantastic, the bed is so comfy, and they even had extra toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. Really just a wonderful stay all around. The pool was closed the entire time but that’s not really anything they could help. Also, they did warn us about it beforehand. The only tip I have is if you can’t open the hurricane shutter on the side, just keep winding it. It will eventually open. All in all, aside from the pool, 10/10!

This condo checked all the boxes!

My husband and I spent the month of January, 2024 at this condo and it was great and checked all the boxes. It was exactly as pictured, no surprises. The condo was nicely decorated and is located in a quiet area. We visited several different areas, St. Pete, Tampa, Clearwater, Dunedin, Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands and all were a short drive from the condo. We visited the local seafood market and cooked in quite a bit. I must say the kitchen was very well stocked. The host even had snacks waiting for us! The rest of condo was well stocked as well, beach towels, chairs. etc. Billie was very responsive when we contacted her regarding a parking issue which she quickly resolved. She even emailed us when there was a brief power outage due to storms and let us know the estimated time the power would be restored, which was a short time. Great place to stay!!! The only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Paradise on the beach!

If I could rate this property and the owner, Billie, 10 stars I would. From the moment my husband and I walked in the door we were amazed at how beautiful the view of the ocean was. The whole condo has been completely renovated. The fully stocked kitchen had plenty of room for both of us to be able to prepare and cook our meals. There is a formal dining room, counter table/high top chairs eating area and of course the balcony seating area to enjoy a meal. Billie and Tim literally provided everything in the condo, bedding, beach towels, chairs, bathroom towels, etc. The beach is beautiful, not crowded and very peaceful at night listening to the waves. Plenty of activities, restaurants and shops in the area if you don’t want to travel to other locations. Billie was always immediately available if I had any questions. We had a nice surprise when we saw that Billie and Tim left us a nice bottle of wine, chocolates and snacks to welcome us to their condo. Thank you both for a wonderful month away from home! Great, friendly communication from the start. The few questions we had were answered promptly. Location is fantastic, can't beat the view and the sunsets! The elevator made being up on the 6th floor a short and easy walk to get down to the beach. Weather was incredible so we never did use the pool since we were down at the beach every day, but the pool is heated and oceanfront with gorgeous views. Condo is nicely decorated and has comfortable furniture, tons of dishes/utensils, great appliances, and lots of beach gear. I would 100% recommend to anyone, just not on the dates we want to go because we'll be back!
