No animals, drugs, vaping, no smoking even on the balcony, no parties.
Please no shoes worn inside the condo.
Guests must be over the age of 32 with a valid ID or Passport...........
ARRIVAL:
Manager meets guest upon arrival.
Quiet hours 9 PM- 9 AM
Adult community, over 32 years of age. Not suitable for children.
Cleaning maid service additional every twenty nine days for long term stay at a rate of One hundred fifty dollars charged as special request and must be paid prior to arrival .
Must provide photo for identification of face. Face should be seen clearly prior to arrival, no caricatures or scenery or pets.
Monthly guests must provide to host emails, cell phones and home address prior to move in instructions shared.
No early arrival or late departures. Fees apply of two hundred to reschedule maid service if late departure.
Guest count must be accurate. Over night guests must be approved prior to their stay.
No personal items left on your outdoor oceanfront balcony.
Do Not hang clothes on the balcony or the Association places a two hundred and fifty dollar fee to the guest. No cooking on balcony.
No sand in unit or down the drain or in the washer/dryer. Clogs in pipes are caused by sand. Plumber visit charged if needed.
Security deposit is held by hosting platform and returned upon departure if all is in good condition. Additional cleaning charges apply if excess garbage or dishes remain.
No Covid or health concern refunds. It is recommended guest take out travel insurance for their stay.
