A comfortable sectional sofa is the perfect spot to relax after a day spent enjoying the stunning outdoors of Winter Park. The living space is complemented by a gas fireplace and a flat-screen television, while the private deck on the second floor provides a tranquil view of the surrounding forest.
The spacious, renovated kitchen boasts modern appliances, new cabinets, and countertops. In the adjoining dining area, a large wooden table is surrounded by comfortable chairs and a bench, accommodating up to six people.
This appealing and modern two-bedroom condominium serves as an ideal retreat, with hardwood flooring that enhances the contemporary furniture and mountain scenery. Please note that air conditioning is not available.
The expansive master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen television, and a remarkable bathroom equipped with dual vanities and a tiled shower. The second bedroom also includes a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy sitting area.
The second full bathroom, featuring new tile surround, is located in the main hallway. Additionally, a Washer/Dryer is included as a bonus amenity for the unit. The property is situated in Building 8, offering guests a convenient short walk to the clubhouse and the free town shuttle stop.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Nice location with ski resort shuttle pick up right outside. Quiet with nice balcony views and a grill which we loved. Rental company was very responsive (fireplace was not working and they provided quick instructions to work around controls).

Very nice, cozy condo! It’s close to shops and restaurants. We had an issue with the fireplace not turning off, but maintenance came and checked it out. It wasn’t able to be immediately fixed, but he showed us how to turn it off/on manually. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

We stayed in Colorado to go white rafting and hiking. This place was lovely! Very clean and perfect location! The washer and dryer was perfect.

This was a perfect space for my husband and I to meet my sister-in-law and her infant. We appreciated the hangout space and that we each had our own bathrooms. Price and location were great. We had trouble with check-in as the code did not work for the house. Thankfully, we called the number listed and had a very helpful man who changed the code for us.

Great property and location

Only issue was check in. they told us at the front desk that they didn't work with that unit. So we finally called the suggested number and the front desk lady answered. Then she looked up our name and realized that she was supposed to check us in.

Unit was perfect for our needs. Recent updates to bathrooms, kitchen and decor. Beds comfortable.

Clean, super accessible to the Lift bus (it’s in the parking lot). Only critiques are the pool/hot tubs were car-only access and not so great. Hot tub not hot, really dated clubhouse. The unit was great except the radiator was super loud squealing noise from 1am-3am. Woke everybody.

Nice property but no internet and hard to reach owner

Great location. Updated property. Trouble communicating with owner to access internet. Missed a day and a half of work due to it. Administration only had owners' email and not phone number. Had to figure out work around.

It was all we needed, wanted & more. Seems to be newly remodeled. Great location to slopes & restaurants for dinner. Loved the big couch for family games.

Great condo a little isolated

Really nice spotless condo, easy check in check out. Very close to Winter Park skiing. Wishing there were sidewalks to walk to the town - so close by but you’re walking on US 40 shoulder

Just as advertised

Very clean. Shower and Bathrooms recently updated. We had a small issue with toilet running but was addressed right away. The only real issue was the TV was difficult to navigate and would buffer from time to time. Would have been good to have some type of instructions to operate.

Excellent Location & Beautiful View

Booked for the weekend and was blown away by this property. All the necessary amenities inside. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and easy to walk to the main road to access stores and restaurants. Would definitely book again!

Lovely condo

Booking a last minute weekend getaway was easy with keyless check-in and check-out. The queen size bed in the second bedroom was perfect for all adults compared to bunk beds.

Clean and Modern

We loved our stay at this beautiful VRBO! Everything was updated and modern. Kitchen was well stocked and even dishes were good quality. There were many great amenities throughout the place. We will definitely stay here again!

Satisfied

The condo was about the perfect size for myself, my wife and my two children. Only complaint I really have is we rented this property specifically because it was one that had a washer/dryer inside the condo. The dryer would not stay on and running for more than 2-3 minutes then it started making noises and it would turn off. Doesn’t sound like much but when your kids hands are cold because their gloves would not dry it makes for a long day on the slopes.
