Trailhead Lodges is a premier condominium property located in Downtown Winter Park, Colorado. With high-end amenities, granite countertops, hardwood flooring, smart TVs, and professionally decorated you'll feel at home after a day of skiing, hiking, or walking home from one of the many events at Hideaway Park. This oversized one-bedroom condo features a large primary bedroom with a King bed and a sleeping den with a Queen bed, sleeping up to 4 adults, perfect for families or couples!

This unit is located on the top floor and you'll need to be able to navigate two flights of stairs to the condo.

Trailhead Lodges is conveniently located downtown Winter Park, just across from Hideaway Park which hosts world-class music festivals all summer long, including the Winter Park Jazz Festival and many more. This top-floor unit is located across from the clubhouse which features BBQ grills, a shared outdoor hot tub and heated swimming pool, and an expansive clubhouse with a pool table, kitchen, sitting area, workout room, and many more amenities. This unit also has a private balcony, a fully stocked kitchen, high-end appliances, and a gas fireplace.

This was our second stay at Trailhead 232, and once again it was excellent. It had everything we needed for the week. Plus, it's close to restaurants and activities, and onsite amenities were great (pool, hot tub, clubhouse).The only drawback, which has nothing to do with the condo, was the elevator not working. Not a big deal to walk up and down stairs but it would have been nice to use for luggage and groceries. Thanks for another terrific stay in Winter Park!

Winter Getaway

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We loved the condo and amenities. When the boys were not skiing they were swimming or tubing. My son especially liked having his own television in his room. We had a fun and relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this listing!

Even Better than the Photos

My husband and I loved this place. It was very clean and spacious with lovely lodge decor and a beautiful well-stocked kitchen. The location was great for skiing as well as walking to restaurants.

Great Condo

We had a blast! The condo was clean and comfortable and everything worked. We used the pool and hot tub every night and both were great! I’ll bet this place is cool in the summer too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice pool and hot tub , easy parking, location only 2 blocks to ski shuttle and walkable to downtown. Only complaint is the unit itself wasn't very clean.

we loved this unit - perfect for me/partner/kid. we had an issue with the toilet and it was great to be able to reach out via text. the property managers responded right away and came to fix it. the unit was clean and cozy and in a good location. thanks!

Ski trip

Location and room was very nice. Hot tub only worked one day out of four we were there and we didn’t have hot water the morning we checked out. Not sure how fast those things were going to get taken care of but most concerns we had were addressed right away.

Absolutely perfect

Immaculate unit in the perfect location to walk to anything one might need, restaurants, shops, bars, breweries…etc. the heated pool and hot tub are just across the parking lot…the perfect location. We are foodies and we cooked multiple times and had all of the high quality pots, pans, and cooking utensils we needed. Would definitely return and highly recommend!

Amazing location - walk to everything in town

I stayed at this condo as a sole traveler for work. Condo was very clean. Amazing location right behind the park. Super short walk into town to shops & restaurants. Bathrooms are a bit small. There is an elevator that's available (if needed). Hot tub was just across the parking lot & very warm. The management company reached out & was very responsive.

Our neighbors were very loud partying on their balconies until very early in the morning waking all of us up multiple times. Our room was not clean- long hairs on the sheets. Hair in shower. The parking lot was filled with people playing cornhole across parking spaces- actually utilizing a handicap space for their gathering area. As we were checking out and taking our items to the car (multiple trips) they did not offer to move or pause their game, requiring us to "dodge" bean bags as we walked through their game to get to our car. Dogs were in many condos and barking very loud. We are dog owners and don't mind the occasional bark, but barking for hours on end is unacceptable. Additionally guests took their dog to the pool. Not acceptable!

Clean, quiet, and perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The size was perfect for our family of three, and the proximity to WP Ski Resort and shops/restaurants in town gave it an ideal location. The beds are extremely comfortable, though the room with the queen-size bed had no windows so it got a little stuffy in there (we even used a little fan). The kitchen is absolutely well-stocked with all the necessary cookware, kitchen tools, and dishes. The hot tub/pool is right across from the condo which was so nice after a day on the slopes. Though the noise level at the club house was a little loud at times, it always quieted down well before bedtime. Last, but not least, the condo was very clean - every surface was dusted, the floors were spotless, and the bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!
