この施設について

Our 2nd floor beach condo has a direct ocean view, and overlooks the pool area, perfect for families w/children. Shore Villas' intact sea wall & stairs offer beach access to the less crowded NO DRIVE beach area. It is one of the smaller condo complexes in New Smyrna Beach. Condo upgrades include: dimmable ceiling can lights over the open floor plan, new windows, drapes, and rooftop air conditioner. The balcony furnishing updates make it ideal for enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails.

Excellent location

The home was very clean and in a great location. Diane was very informative with all instructions of checking in and directions on how to get there. Had a wonderful stay with family and plan to return next year.

Christmas in NSB

Condo is newly remodeled and gorgeous. Great ocean view. I loved the smaller size of complex. It was convenient to walk both directions on the beach. And got to watch rocket launches. Great location near store and gym. Other guests were very friendly. Sam the manager was terrific and very helpful. I had a great time despite chilly weather.

Great Family Spot!

This spot right in the heart of NSB was great for myself, my wife and our two daughters! The property was just as the listing described! Great spot!

Great Stay at NSB!

We had a great stay at Shore Villas. This condo was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed and appreciated all the updates to the unit and loved the keyless entry. The only thing that could of made our stay better was blackout shades or curtains in the bedrooms. A light on the exterior walkway kept the secondary bedroom bright at night and in the master the early sunrise lit up the room.

I live with my husband, Gary. We are from Vernon Hills, Illinois. We have one son and two granddaughters. We are both retired elementary teachers. Our family has been coming to New Smyrna Beach for many years, and are excited to share the experience with you. Some of my favorite things about NSB are the beach, the shopping, and the friendly people you meet. It's very peaceful, and a place to get away from any stress you may feel

Our condo is located about 3.7 miles (less than a $10 Uber ride) from the adorable downtown Flagler Avenue, which offers a variety of shopping and dining options, 30 minutes from Daytona Airport,7.7 miles from the New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport, 45 minutes from Sanford airport, and a 1 hour 15 minute drive from the Orlando.

The Space
Our condo is equipped with in-unit washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, kitchen essentials, a Keurig machine, electric griddle, waffle maker, and cordless Dyson vacuum. We also have two beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach accessories. Additionally, both bedrooms have large spacious closets, and the kitchen has a large open pantry.
