Great 28 Day Stay

Pre-arrival communication was excellent. Host arranged for us to get in the unit early. When we arrived unit was spotless and well equipped. Complex is older but is well maintained. The unit looked freshly painted and beds, furniture, and appliances were all very nice FLVACAY continued to check with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was OK. Week one we had an issue with the tv. Called host and TV was replaced in one hour . Big thanks to John and Ashley at FLVACAY. Would definitely rent this unit again and will use FLVACAY on our next beach trip. Great place with great service.

Mother’s Day Getaway

We had a beautiful stay with my mother and sister. The Condo was very clean the view is spectacular! The host was very helpful answering any questions. The area is also extremely clean. So many great restaurants!We are planning another trip with our granddaughters soon.

Beautiful view

Very clean and well decorated. The pictures didn’t show curb in shower, which made shower access difficult for my wife who is in a wheelchair! But we managed and enjoyed yourselves! Next time we will book directly with Floridavacay rental so we can find a more accessible place!

Peaceful

The condo was very clean. The master bedroom mattress was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The property is older ,but very well kept. We had a late checkout, which was handled very easily and at a reasonable rate. The pool area is nice and chairs near the stairs going to the beach were nice. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful and so relaxing

Our unit had to be changed because of hurricane issues. Florida Vacay made it seem less! The unit 306 was beautiful. It was well stocked the supply of start up was more than ample. The views are so awesome. Everything was spotless! When we had to reach out to Florida Vacay they were so kind, and always spoke to us with such joy and kindness in their tone. So hard to find these days. We would love to rent from them again and always for our yearly visit to beautiful NSB!!

Spring BreaK

The property was very nice and the view was awesome. Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable and location was convenient to many fabulous restaurants. Only downfall (out of the owners control) was the construction and unsightly view of construction equipment at the end of the pool all week. Thank you for letting us stay and our family made many wonderful memories.

Warm Cozy and Fantastic View

We loved this property! The place was clean and all in order. You Cannot beat the view! Nice big veranda overlooking ocean with rocking chairs and coffee table. Large living area with nice couch and recliner chair! Very comfortable master bedroom. Easy walk down to beach and pool! Would buy this if we could!

Very quaint condo

This condo was just what we were looking for! Plenty of room for my family of four. Right on the beach too!! The pools were nice and it was just perfect for us. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Overall good stay just need a couple of things tweaked

we have stayed at this condo group for years so we are used to the process, etc. - this condo was very clean but, there was no bath mat for one bathroom, only one set of sheets per bed (no extras at all) and no mat when you walk in the door or anywhere on the tile - as someone who respects properties we are staying at, you want to have mats in a beach condo to help keep sand and dirt out. I called the contact through florida vacay (who manages it for vrbo) and requested a bath mat and some kind of door mat but nothing was brought to us. Extra sheets are always a necessity as anything can happen during a rental stay - thankfully in our case, nothing did. Just a few pointers, otherwise it was a nice stay for us.

Great, quiet, location.

The size of the unit was perfect for a couple or small family. We stayed in this unit for a week. Any concerns or issues we had were addressed as quickly as possible by the management company. However, the dishwasher needs replacing or serious mending - it leaked a lot the one time we used it. The unit is basically clean, but we did find some missed areas (container of muscle relax/relief spray under the bed, grime between kitchen sink & counter, clogged bathtub drain.) On the first night we discovered that the master bed wasn't properly supported, none of the supports were attached and the bed sagged in the middle horribly. We managed a work around for the night and the problem was fixed the next day. Overall I would rate this a solid four out of five stars based on the overall condition, location and staff's response to issues that came up. I would stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely beach get away.
