The property was in a great location for visiting South Lake Tahoe, it was beautiful, clean and had more than enough food for our group. The tot tub was just what we needed after our days activities and Danny was quick to respond to any communications. Definitely a perfect property to visit Tahoe.

The kitchen was very well stocked with nice utensils, pots and pans etc which we appreciated since we ate in quite a bit. Location was great. 3 master bedrooms with each having their own bathroom and shower was very helpful. Spacious great room. Bunk room would be perfect for kids just know it has no door and is an open space.

This was the perfect spot for us to stay during our spring break ski trip. The house was the right size to accommodate everyone’s needs. We enjoyed the living room, which was very spacious and easy for everyone to sprawl out. Enjoyed grilling on the back deck and soaking in the hot tub after spending the day skiing down the slopes. The location was only about 5 minutes to Heavenly Village, shops, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stays here again as it was very conveniently located.

April

The king master bedroom smelled of smoke and the rear sliding glass door would not lock. I immediately called the cell phone number given, but didn't receive an answer. Our party consisted of eight senior female cousins and we were extremely concerned sleeping in an unsecured house. On our last day I called again and spoke to the owner.

Thank you for your review. The house is non-smoking and we have a steep fine for breaking the rule. I'm sorry that the upstairs back yard balcony sliding door would not lock when you were there. Luckily the backyard is fenced and there aren't stairs up to the balcony and we were able to have it fixed the next day.

We came for a destination wedding. There were 3 couples at this house. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. We all enjoyed the open main area which included the living room, dining room and living area. We had no issues with the internet service once we got connected. The host was very responsive to our concerns. Enjoyed hiking on the trails behind this house.

This house was 5 star overall. We didn't want for anything. Plenty of supplies to cook with, and the grill and hot tub was a plus. The location was close to everything yet the neighborhood was peaceful. The owner was receptive to any of our needs. I would stay here again!

My family has had a vacation home in South Lake Tahoe since I was 10 years old. I built for myself and my family. We love to travel and explore the world.

Location, location, location! We decided two years ago to build a house for ourselves. After months of searching we found this lot. It's near Heavenly Ski Resort (where I've had season passes for many years and from where I can ski from the mountain to the house - but it's out of bounds so I don't recommend it!). It's right off Pioneer Trail (providing quick and direct access to the Bay Area, the mountains, the lake and the Casinos while avoiding Hwy 50) and has miles and miles of hiking and biking trails right from the front door. Which was very important to our family. After all, what's a vacation home if it's in the city?

Two big master suites. Works very well for two families that are splitting the cost as each paying couple gets a great room.
