Outdoors, enjoy the substantial-sized sparkling saltwater pool with water features, or, relax poolside in comfortable furniture with a custom fire table under the lanai. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a grill, vent, sink, and refrigerator. This home’s backyard is a western exposure for beautiful sunsets and afternoon pool sun. Down by the water, enjoy a gazebo covered deck space with a custom fire table and ambience lighting. The garage is equipped with pool toys, stroller, cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, fishing gear, and yard games. Additional conveniences include free WiFi and cable, as well as a washer/dryer. Truly, indoor/outdoor living is possible at this beautiful home by the water.

When you’re ready for something with the kids, enjoy a round of mini golf or laser tag at Tropical Breeze Fun Park, just under seven miles from the home. Gulf Coast Kayak offers kayak rental and/or tours that venture through the mangroves of Matlache with dolphin sightings 11 miles away. Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve boasts 365 acres of brackish water wetland area with a boardwalk, walking trail, and visitor’s center just under four miles. Additionally, there are many restaurants in Cape Coral to suit your appetite, some within walking distance from this home. If you want to get out on the water and boat to a dining experience or just cruise the beautiful canals, rent a boat for the day from Paradise Boat Rental less than one mile from the property.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must use personal logins for streaming services.
Beach towels are available for guest use.
A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available for younger guests.
The dock is not suitable to dock any boats.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
