The Oceans #612 North Myrtle Beach, SC Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

Welcome to The Oceans #612 in North Myrtle Beach, SC, in the heart of Cherry Grove. There are many amenities and nearby attractions that you can easily walk to and there's always lots to do here. Our renovated condo is ocean front with a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic ocean! The outdoor pool is on the 4th floor and can be seen from our condo. There's ample parking on the deck or the adjacent lot. The main entry is the secure elevator lobby. Our spacious condo has been updated and has a fully stocked kitchen. The dining table seats 6 and there are 3 barstools at the granite top bar. The living room space is large and has 2 full size Murphy (wall) beds that can be pulled down for use without compromising the space or having to move furniture. The bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress. One set of linens is supplied for each bed. There are 2 wall mounted Smart TV's, a 50" in the living room and a 45" the bedroom, each with remote controls. The balcony and bedroom both have room darkening curtains. The full bath has a shower/tub combo with a handheld sprayer. Each bath has a vanity with sink and toilet and are conveniently located. Bath towels and washcloths are provided. The balcony furniture provides an unobstructed view of the ocean. The Oceans has an outside shower, charcoal grilling area and tables, and coin operated laundry area. Access into the building and the condo is protected by keypad entry so you don't have to worry about keys. Per HOA: No pets. No Smoking. No motorcycles, trailers, or house parties. Minimum age for renters is 25 years.

Savage Beach Stay

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean and great location. Will certainly try to stay here again. Did not know, but same owners own 611 which would be excellent for extended family members to be able to join us. We are former time share owners at Peppertree before they sold. This place reminded us of Peppertree 10 years ago before the management group brought in the decline of the location. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Awesome location!! Super clean and well supplied, we had a great time. We walked to grocery store across street and several restaurants and pier within walking distance. Owner was very thoughtful and quick to respond, would definitely stay there again!

Pre-Memorial Day Stay

The property itself was excellent and the view of the beach was outstanding. However, the bikers who were running down the road at all hours of the night(and morning) made it impossible to get a decent nights rest. In the future,we will not travel to Cherry Grove the week before or during a bike week. The host was great.

Beautiful condo with excellemt amenities

You won't be disappointed in this unit. It is roomy, clean , comfortable beds, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Lynn is very quick in reponding to questions. The murphey beds are comfortable. The detailed instructions provided are comprehensive. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

So peaceful and pretty

Second time staying at the condo. Just as awesome as the first time. Highly recommend to families and couples looking for prime cherry grove beach view’s and location. Very clean, and efficient condo. Owner is so nice and accommodating. We will be back.

Very relaxing till Ian landed

We loved the peaceful community. Quiet and view from the balcony was delightful . Condo is very spacious and comfortable. My husband is an avid shark tooth hunter and found only one. But even with that he said he liked it better than anywhere we had stayed! Owner went above and beyond to help these two old people with a hurricane coming. Can’t wait to go back! I would just like to go sit on that balcony and listen to the ocean for about a month. 😀💕Great experience even with Ian literally crashing our vacation. Loved it!❤️❤️❤️

Amazing!

The owner communicated throughout the process and the place is amazing! Very clean, open place! I have a bad back and neck but the bed was wonderful! No back or neck pain after our stay! We will definitely book again!

Absolutely heaven.

My husband and and I arrived to a wonderfully clean and welcoming condo. This was a wonderful place for our first vacation as empty nesters. Everyone that stayed here was respectful and helpful. The view was spectacular. Will be back for sure. I loved the 10 pm noise ordinance so that we knew our. Ugh ya would be restful. Yea hank you for giving us a wonderful week.

We have spent many summer vacations in North Myrtle Beach at The Oceans and when a unit became available for us to purchase, we took the plunge! We renovated our condo in a way that we felt would be comfortable, appealing, well equipped, and after staying here for many years before purchasing our unit, we were sure the beach would always be the best. I have rented elsewhere but I always came back to The Oceans and am glad we now have a little piece of paradise to share with you.

We love The Oceans because it is so convenient to whatever you want to do. It is beachfront and what a beautiful view you have from the balcony! There are many restaurants and shops nearby, and a grocery store across the street. At The Oceans, there are 2 elevators, a beachfront pool, an outside charcoal grill and picnic tables, and an outside shower to wash off the sand. There are also 2 free parking spaces.
We love it here and hope you will, too.

Our updated and well stocked unit will comfortably sleep 6 with the 2 custom full size murphy wall beds in the main living area and a king bed in the bedroom. Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge.
