ALLEGHENY SPRINGS 305 - 1 BEDROOM, FULL BATHROOM - BEDDING: QUEEN BED AND A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA - The unit has a full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, and smart TV. It has a full bath with a queen bed in the bedroom.

COURT YARD VIEW - SIDE -- Allegheny is located adjacent to the Skidder slope at the top of the Ballhooter Lift - Between Mountain Lodge and Highland House.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Free Long Distance; Elevators; Fitness Room; Sauna; Outdoor Heated Pool; Hot Tub; Ski Storage lockers/Bike Storage; Restaurant and Bar on Site (Seasonal); Laundry facility on site; General Parking in main Village Parking Lot across Snowshoe Drive and Valet Parking is available for an additional per night fee.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private spa-there is a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

fix the wi-fi

Everything was great except for the wi-fi connection. Sometimes it worked - sometimes it didn't. Either fix it or tell the guests there is no wi-fi so we don't waste time with it. I just need a few minutes a day. We have stayed in Appalachian Springs several times before and the wi-fi worked fine.

Great location!

We absolutely loved the location of this room right in the village overlooking the pool! It was very neat and clean upon our arrival. Our only complaint was that there was never hot water for showers and the unit was very hot even with the thermostat being lowered.

Exceptional Stay

We’ve stayed at multiple condos within Allegheny Springs, but this one was exceptionally nice. The condo was very well equipped with all necessary items. The extra bedding selection was greatly appreciated. For our next Snowshoe trip, I will try to get this condo before trying elsewhere.

Unit not cleaned / management company MIA

The Unit was NOT CLEANED at ALL. There was Cat Hair all over the bed sheets, pillows, bathroom, etc. I called the property management company (CasaGo) and they didn't call back until 1AM (almost 2 hrs after I called) and said they would resolve the issue but never called back and never sent anyone. Unbelievable that Hotels.com would offer provide uncleaned properties in the middle of a pandemic. My wife and son are both severely allergic to cat hair and both had terrible reactions - woke up with swollen eyes and super congested (even after taking their medicines) I tried to get help from Hotels.com but wasted 20min on the phone trying to get them to find my reservation even though I gave them the reservation number right from the Hotels.com app like 20times. After they found my reservation, they still were not able to do anything to help. CasaGo requires you to drive 20min past the resort to pickup your keys from a drop box that anyone could simply steal if they were in a bad mood. I can't believe that Hotels.com would choose to work with a company like CasaGo. I booked with confidence assuming I could trust Hotels.com but clearly I was wrong!

Great, Clean Getaway

Property was very clean. Property was right in the middle of Snowshoe Village. Extremely convenient, ski in ski out. Pools and hot tubs were great for the kids. Adults had fun too. Awesome experience at one of our favorite places on Earth.
