Villa By The Sea 30A is a beautifully decorated home that boast a private backyard with views of the Nature Preserve. Located between Seaside Beach & Seagrove Beach on 30A. Our home is in the desirable community of a NatureWalk near Seaside Square. NatureWalk has a dedicated 1-mile walking/biking trail. The trail leads you to the beauty of aqua blue ocean water and sugar white sand Florida beaches! Or take the golf cart to roam around the Seaside Square.

Villa By The Sea 30A - Features 4 bedrooms, a Bunk House in the loft and comfortably sleeps 12. Master is located upstairs with a King Bed, walkout porch, smart TV, walk in closet, shower, and a relaxing soaker tub. Downstairs bedroom has a King Bed, Smart TV and is adjacent to a full bathroom. One of the upstairs guest rooms has a King Bed and a Smart TV. One of the upstairs guest bedrooms has two XL Twin beds and a smart TV. The Bunk House is located upstairs in the loft with a Smart TV and each bunk bed is a Full over Full. The Bunk House has a mini fridge. One full bathroom upstairs with shower / tub combination in addition to the Master Suite bathroom. The home has 3 porches (1 off the master and 2 downstairs). The lounge chairs on the upstairs porch creates a relaxing environment to wind down after a long day at the beach or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Downstairs porches have a twin-size swing to relax and gather with the family sunup to sundown! One of the few homes in NatureWalk that offers a private fenced backyard with views of Point Washington State Forest Nature Preserve. The preserve offers wonderful hiking / biking trails.

Villa By The Sea 30A has a large open floor plan (2717 square feet). First floor living room is great for family gatherings with two couches, two chairs, Smart TV (Cable TV), Gas Fireplace, dining room table for 8, island seating for four and 2 outdoor porch seating areas. Upgraded high speed WIFI.

Home has an outdoor gas grill (propane provided ** please adhere to safety guidelines) and an outdoor shower located in the private backyard to clean up after a day at the beach. We provide extra amenities to make your stay enjoyable and hassle free such as a regular drip coffee maker, Keurig Coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, rice cooker, blender, mixer, baking pans, casserole, etc. Kitchen has one gas oven, microwave, gas stove, huge walk-in pantry and a second refrigerator in the garage (bonus!). This is our home, and you will be our guests; we took into consideration everything you need to cook and enjoy a great meal with your family and friends.

Home is steps away from the Pickle Ball and Basketball courts. The community offers hiking trails and fitness stations. Enjoy a walk/run along the beach at sunrise or sunset, paddle board, ride a bike, snorkel, explore the trails through Point Washington State Forest, etc! Any avid fishermen/women? If yes, do not forget to charter a fishing trip to enjoy a day fishing on the bay or out in the open sea. We recommend booking weeks or better yet months before you arrive! They are extremely busy in the Spring and Summer months. We will gladly give you a few recommendations.

A shopping center is located near NatureWalk's entrance with Publix, a great pizza restaurant, liquor store, an upscale restaurant and more!

NatureWalk’s Gathering Place features two large swimming pools (one is an adult heated lap pool), hot tub, lounge chairs, umbrellas, flat screen TV, fire pit & outdoor grills with covered eating areas, gather area, family-style beach-entry pool, kids shade pool, and a children's playground. *Guests shall adhere to pool rules for their own safety and enjoyment.

The NatureWalk Resort Community is one of the most desirable areas to vacation due to its proximity to scenic 30A, natural surroundings, social gatherings, beach life,
shopping, eclectic restaurants, beach dining, great pubs/bars, world-class restaurants, casual restaurants, famous food truck dining in the Seaside Town Square and much more.

Great house for families.

We had a family of 11 and there was more than enough space for all of us. Great appliances and plenty of towels and washcloths. The golf cart is a huge plus. A great stay!

Family vacation

This is our 2nd time staying here for the July 4th holiday. It's perfect for our extended family! The beds are comfortable, the showers are great, the outdoor shower is a bonus! We had everything we needed for the week, it was a great week for everyone!

Beautiful Home

This was a great property. Chrystal was great to work with and even checked on us during our stay. This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Home is beautiful and we had plenty of space for the adults, teens and kids. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, great location

Our family of 5 loved staying at this house. The home was lovely and had more than enough room for our family. We found everything we needed to make meals and we were pleasantly surprised with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and paddles for pickle ball. Also, the location is a short golf cart ride to Publix, restaurants, and beaches. Chrystal was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Thank you so much!

Chrystal was an amazing host! Her property is gorgeous, spacious, and quiet! The backyard was perfect for our kids to run around and play in water games aside from going to the pools and ocean. She provided everything you could think of to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We would definitely book with her again!

Annual family beach trip

We had a wonderful time at Chrystal’s property. The neighborhood was safe and flat, a great place for the kids to ride bikes! The golf cart was great for use to the beach and we were able to find parking for it at the beach most days! The beds were very comfortable and the 3 king beds were maybe the best part of the home for the 3 sets of parents. The kids loved the loft space and the pool.

Family Beach Trip

This is our 3rd time staying at Chrystal's house for July 4th week. We absolutely love it! There's plenty of room for our extended family of 7 adults and 4 kids. The kids love the bunk room. The kitchen is fully stocked. Everything is close by amd tje golf cart included in the rental is a definitel bomus!

Great house for large group

We had a wonderful time here at Villa by the Sea. NatureWalk is a great community and we would love to stay here again. The house was well furnished and nicely decorated. We loved the porch swings and the setting off the back patio. The only issue was the golf cart needed a little wheel alignment but it was still usable.

Making memories!

Without a doubt, top notch place to enjoy a week of family fun making memories to last a lifetime. Chrystal always responds quickly to communications. Quiet neighborhood with no problems parking multiple vehicles. Everything you need to make it feel like your own home. Plenty of beach chairs umbrellas and beach towels. The best part was at the end of the day when you washed the sand away is the beds! So soft and comfortable!

All the comforts of home

Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. The porch swings were magical when rocking the baby to sleep. The owner was so quick to respond to questions! The community pool was very clean, not crowded. The temperature in the house was very comfortable (which is not always the case in rentals). We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Perfect house for my family

This house exceeded all of our expectations! It’s a beautiful home with plenty of room. It worked perfectly for our family of 8. The gold cart was the icing on the cake. It made trips to Publix, the beach and Seaside village so much easier. We will definitely plan another trip and request this exact house.

Beautiful Spacious Home

Villa By the Sea 30A is a beautiful home! We had plenty of room for our family of 11. The home is spacious, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed spending time on both of the porches and the back deck. The bikes and golf cart are a nice addition to this rental to be able to get around the Naturewalk neighborhood and back and forth to the pool. Our family spent a lot of time at the pool. Chrystal was great to work with. We would definitely rent this home again. We all had a great time.

Everything you are looking for right here !

First off, renting from Chrystal was absolutely a pleasure! By far the best person to deal with, hands down ! She was able to change our dates last minute due to the weather without even questioning anything. The house is absolutely beautiful! The area is very very nice. Plenty of things to do for all ages. A few minutes from the beaches and shopping. 30 minutes each way if you choose to travel to Destin or Panama. We will definitely be renting from Chrystal again in the future !

Beautiful Home

Beautiful Home. Tucked in nicely at the back of the neighbor right next to the basketball and pickleball area with swings. Very nice home well decorated. Property manager was wonderful about sending recommendations and being very responsive. A few things need updates/replacing at the house. It was a mile to the beach so you need to bike trough the path their or get on the main road to go to the beach but there really isn't parking. It was great having bikes at the property. Would visit again but never again during spring break as there were people everywhere and restaurants and beaches felt overcrowded.

Beautiful home and great location! Fit 8 adults!

The home was beautiful! However, the home did lack some cleanliness as well as stains all over the furniture. The remote to the main TV broken. Kitchen dishes all had major chips in them and we found two broken glasses in the cabinet. Porch chairs all broken and the wicker pieces on the ground below them. But aside from all of that, the home was really beautiful. Those issues were not a deal breaker and didn’t really hinder our trip.(but renters should be aware) It really just needed to be cleaned better. We had 8 people and we all fit in the home perfectly and slept comfortably! The beds and pillows were very comfortable! We slept very well! The AC worked great. The backyard was nice to hang out in, no fire pit like the listing said.Everything is close and golf cart was so handy! Home was beautiful aside from some minor issues with cleanliness. We had an amazing week there. We rented a pontoon from Peaks and went to Crab island, a must do! Beach was close (drove car and cart there). It was beautiful! Would honestly stay here again! Chrystal was responsive anytime I texted. It was a perfect location for everything!! So many memories made! Thank you! I’d definitely recommend this home, it really was a perfect size and worked well for us!

Your feedback is appreciated like I stated in our messages back and forth. I'm not sure what happened with my cleaners that day but it's definitely not up to the standard they usually leave the home. The remote was replaced immediately if you had told me I could have had it done during your stay. It is now on the cleaners list to check routinely. We had already ordered new chairs, but they weren't delivered until today. They are absolutely gorgeous. I wish they were there for your stay. NatureWalk has a lot of wonderful amenities, and we list those in the description area on our page. Most of those amenities are at The Gathering Place, where the pool is located. That is where the fire pit is. We have never had one at our home. When you reserved our home, you stated you'd have 6 guests but as stated above you really had 8 (house rules). We like to know how many guests are truly going to be there so that we can make sure and leave enough towels etc. The furniture was just professionally cleaned a few weeks before your visit. We do leave sheets since the couches and chairs are white if guest would like to use them to cover them so that self- tanner, food etc., don't leave stains. In your post-stay communication, you text me just last week asking where we got our furniture. I had no idea it was stained I would have gotten it cleaned right away. Not your job to tell me, I do understand that. Again, in your post-stay text you accused me of having camera inside and outside of our home. I responded that the contract you signed stated that we had 3 outside cameras to keep our home, guest and neighbors safe. You also said we had a camera in the house. We absolutely do not! The picture you sent me was a picture of a motion sensor for the house alarm when we don't rent. You "hearted" my response to the text message. You said in your text "perfect about the cameras in the contract." I also allowed you and your guest to check in early. Unfortunately, my handyman didn't know that and entered the house to get the trash and golf cart key. Your adult daughter was there and both were surprised. He immediately left. You text me right away and I explained to you what happened, and you said, "ok, that makes me feel better." I was very apologetic about the miscommunication on our part. I'm only putting this all in the review because you text me today, 12 days after your visit to tell me your contacting VRBO about having cameras and a man entering the house. You've accused me of things that are clear in the contract, and I've even told you what page to look on to see our policy. You never once said oh I'm so sorry. You said, "oh perfect." If I had accused someone and threated their livelihood and was wrong, you bet I'd be apologizing. Since your threatening text message today 7/31/25 I've had to block you.

Great Stay

House was clean and in a quiet neighborhood centrally located. Beds were comfortable. Chrystal was responsive and great to work with. Two families with older kids 12-college age and we had a blast.

Gorgeous Home!!!

We had a wonderful week in this home. This is the 3rd home we have rented in Nature Walk, and this is our favorite. Beautifully furnished, great location and terrific hosts. The golf cart and bikes were very convenient to have to use. There was not an item in the kitchen lacking, the beds were extremely comfortable and the temperature of the home was always ideal. Lovely home!

This was one of the nicer houses we have stayed in and we were really pleased with the layout and space that the house provided. There was a golf cart for our use and it was super easy to manage. The house was a bit farther from the beach and into the neighborhood than I think we would have preferred. The golf cart made it easy and fun! The public beach access was easy to access but a little crowded. Chrystal was so helpful and easy to communicate with, both before we arrived and during our stay for any questions!

Wonderful place!

The property is just lovely. The decor is high end yet comfortable. The house was perfectly clean. It's the first time we stayed off the beach but honestly it wasn't a big deal like i thought it might be. Golf cart parking was easily accessible at the beach access. We were out of the hustle and bustle but could be in the center of it all in 3 minutes. Perfect balance! We couldnt have loved the location and property more!

Godwin Family Vacation!

First and foremost, Chrystal, is just an amazing host! We thoroughly enjoyed corresponding with her about our trip and she was quick to answer any questions we had. If there was an issue she was always on top of things and we can’t say enough good things about her! She was just as perfect as her property :) The home was amazing and was our favorite by far after 4 trips to NatureWalk. It was very spacious, yet cozy, clean and the beds were so comfy we felt we were at home. The decor and furnishings were spot on and looked professionally done. The access to the golf cart was a big factor for us and could not imagine going to Seaside and not having one so thank you for making one available! It was just an all-around perfect week for us and loved Chrystal and her property so much that we could see ourselves renting there again! Thank you for making our week a special one!!

Paradise

House was beautiful, well taken care of and clean. The location was nice with privacy in the backyard. The six seater golf cart was great to go back and forth to the beach. Communication with the manager was very easy- she responded quickly to any questions we had. Only cons were lack of amenities for beach like beach towels, and chairs, and I wish there would have been bikes so we didn’t have to rent them separately.

A shopping center is located near NatureWalk's entrance with Publix, a great pizza restaurant, liquor store, an upscale restaurant and more! You can walk or use the Golf Cart to quickly zip to the shopping center.

NatureWalk’s Gathering Place features two large swimming pools (one is an adult heated lap pool), hot tub, lounge chairs, umbrellas, flat screen TV, fire pit & outdoor grills with covered eating areas, gather area, family-style beach-entry pool, kids shade pool, and a children's playground. *Guests shall adhere to pool rules for their own safety and enjoyment.

The NatureWalk Resort Community is one of the most desirable areas to vacation due to its proximity to scenic 30A, natural surroundings, social gatherings, beach life,
shopping, eclectic restaurants, beach dining, great pubs/bars, world-class restaurants, casual restaurants, famous food truck dining in the Seaside Townsquare and much more.

Security: Home is equipped with exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests and neighbors. We respect your privacy; there are no internal cameras. Cameras monitor the exterior of the home (driveway and entry points). The security system that is deactivated during your stay. Important safety features remain operational: police & fire dispatch, smoke/fire detectors and carbon monoxide monitoring. Certain lights are on timers to maximize your safety in the event you arrive at night.

Neighbors: Our neighbors are your neighbors during your great vacation. NatureWalk community is a great destination for vacation rentals. We ask our guests to enjoy responsibly and respect the HOA rules.

Car Parking: 2 compact cars or 1 large car in the driveway contingent it does not go beyond the sidewalk and stick out into the street. Street Parking is first come first serve. Please adhere to parking and speed rules.

Golf Cart Parking: Provided golf cart must be parked in the driveway and charged when not in use. Other golf carts (family and friends) shall use first come serve street parking spots Guests shall adhere to traffic laws.

Kitchen: Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Gas Stove, Gas Oven, Microwave, Crockpot, Grill, Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, Dishes & Utensils, Baking and Cooking Utensils, Walk-In Pantry, Four-Seater Kitchen Island, Second Refrigerator (in the garage)
