Rated 3 stars. Charming chalet for rent, access by stairs, on a superb large enclosed plot. The cottage is located 6km from the A6 motorway, a stone's throw from a supermarket, close to Semur en Auxois and very beautiful sites to visit. It is ideally designed for 4 people with 3 beds (two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. It is very functional and equipped with everything you need. It is composed of a living room (table, chairs, sofa bed, television), a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. In addition to its spacious garden, its deckchairs, armchairs, barbecue, its terrace with garden furniture will bring you relaxation and views of the countryside. The photos are there to tell you more about this quiet and relaxing place. Free Wi-Fi, 4G network, flat screen TV. A few meters from the chalet, supermarket, gas station, pharmacy, media library, bus transport for Dijon, Beaune ... <br>In the land of Auxois, in Précy-sous-Thil, you will stay in the Serein valley. This river, very popular with fishermen, is located 2 minutes from the cottage. The location is ideal for walks around the lakes, rivers and ponds in the area. The bravest can practice hiking, mountain biking circuits, tree climbing, tennis, golf and all this nearby.<br>A region of Burgundy known throughout the world, you can also, if you feel like it, go in 1 hour on the wine route... Great week with the family

We spent a wonderful week here this summer with our two young children. The location of the cabin is excellent, with a descent super market in the village, petrol station, golf club and a few bars. There are many beautiful villages within 20 minutes drive with restaurants and bars. 10 mins drive is a lovely lake which we swam in as well as hired a kayak, perfect when the temperature was 30 degrees! Also there’s a climbing/forest activity which we spent the whole day at less than 10 minutes away and a nature park (with swimming pool) within 25 minutes drive. We visited the local castle and spent time at a local equestrian event. Our children had a fabulous time as we ate a bbq dinner on the terrace every night together. The cabin is compact with a small kitchen (but well equipped) and there’s a washing machine and lounge area with heated stove. Essentially it’s like staying in a static caravan, it was well priced and has a big garden for the kids to play in. Beatrice was the most responsive host, replying quickly to any message and ahead of our trip sending details of places to visit. An absolute delight to deal with. So if you want a holiday where you get back to nature, that is low budget and fun for al the family we highly recommend.

Gite agréable

Gite agréable et bien équipé avec un jardin tranquille et un accueil et une disponibilité de la gérante impécable. Situé dans un petit village au coeur de la Bourgogne laissant un vaste choix de visite.

Hallo, We zijn zeer verrast door uw opmerkingen, omdat onze vriendin Barbara, die u heeft ontvangen en voor u heeft gezorgd tijdens uw verblijf, ons uw vriendelijke brief heeft gegeven, die u vergezelde met een doos chocolade. het chalet is zeker oud maar is geheel gerenoveerd, zeer schoon en absoluut geen kakkerlakken. Precy-sous-Thil

Très bon séjour, nous avons fait de très belles visites. Barbara qui nous reçoit est très aimable. Le chalet est vieillissant mais très propre. Les propriétaires sont très restifs aux demandes. Les commerces principaux sont à côté du chalet, pas besoin de prendre le véhicule. A recommander

Très bon séjour. Merci à B. pour son accueil agréable et sa gentillesse. Le jardin bien arboré était le bienvenu lors des fortes chaleurs.
