The kitchen appliances include refrigerator with ice-maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker. The entire home has been newly remodeled with luxurious touches and eye-pleasing wall décor. Outside, among the beautifully-landscaped back yard, relish the relaxing private jacuzzi waterfalling into your own salt-water pool.

★ POOL HEATING & MAINTEINENANCE ★
Please note that pool heating arrangements must be made and paid for in advance, as it requires 12 hours to heat, which will be done before you arrive. ✹ POOL & SPA - Please do not attempt to change pool settings on the pool remote panel. Instead, You can turn on/off the spa/heat , and it shuts off automatically after 3 hours of use.

✹ POOL HEAT - During winter or any cold days, the temperature of pools can range between 50-65 degrees. Target temperature is 85 degrees. We are unable to heat the pool for only a portion of your stay
Hot tub use only: 4 hr. complimentary after that $75 a day
Pool Heating Fee $200 a day
The pool and spa have been properly cleaned in advance of your arrival. However, we experience winds in the desert that cause debris from Palm Trees and other materials to fall into the pool.
(Tuesdays and Fridays are pool and gardening service days. The service men will enter the backyard.)

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. You can feel comfortable knowing that our cleaners follow the complete procedure to ensure that our units are entirely disinfected, and sanitized, adhere to coronavirus prevention procedures, wipe all doors and keypads, and keep our environment clean.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy but sadly Our home is not suitable to accommodate them . If any pet have been brought to the property there will be additional charge of $400

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for

★BELONGINGS ★
We are not responsible for any belongings left behind after departure. Please make sure to check for all belongings before check out.

★ WEATHER CONDITIONS ★
We are located in the desert . Guests are responsible for checking driving and weather forecasts in preparation for desert conditions at various times of the year, including, but not limited to fog, wind ,rain ,sandstorm, etc.. We do not refund due to weather conditions, rolling blackout, air conditioning issues due to extreme temperature, road closures, drivers abilities, or vehicle limitations

★ LAKE ACCESS ★
Guests are not allowed to use any water craft in the lake. Any renters/guests using the lake will be asked to leave the area and automatically be evicted and no refund will be issued.

★ MUSIC/LOUDE NOISE: ★
HOUSE SEATES ON THE LAKE ANY MUSIC OR LOUDE NOISE TRAVELS LOUDER THEN IT IS. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

*Check out is 11:00 A.M on the day of your departure

*Please ensure that the sliders, doors, and windows are shut and locked.
*All lights and A/C , heater turned off
*PLEASE CLOSE ALL UMBRELLAS WIND WILL FLY THEM AWAY

TRASH: Take out trash and place them in the appropriate bins located on the side of the house. Please make sure trash is placed in a tied plastic bags.

DIRTY LINENS: Please gather all your towels and place them in the laundry and kindly start a load if you can before leaving. We would appreciate it.

BEDS: Do not make the beds, leave all beds as is

KITCHEN: Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on the counter. Please rinse off the dishes, place them in the dishwasher, and start it. Any rinsed leftover dishes are to be left on the counter
