🐾 Pet Policy

Pet-friendly: Up to 3 dogs, each under 50 lbs (Sorry, no cats)
$85 pet fee per pet

Not allowed: Pets on furniture (beds, couch), in the tent, or in the pool

Due to previous experiences, certain dog breeds may not be allowed—please contact the host before booking to confirm

🚗 Parking Info

Driveway: 2 free parking spaces

Overnight street parking is not permitted;

However, a limited number of parking passes may be available for a third vehicle. Passes must be requested prior to arrival and are subject to availability. To ensure a smooth experience, please note that unauthorized overnight parking may result in a ticket at the guest’s expense.

Commercial Vehicles: HOA prohibits commercial vehicle parking (vans with 10+ passengers, signage-bearing vehicles, RVs, trailers) between 6 PM – 7 AM. Brief drop-off/unloading is allowed.

No smoking allowed inside the home or the tent

Smoking is permitted outside only—please keep all doors and windows closed to prevent smoke from entering the house

Sunday–Thursday: 9 PM – 8 AM
Friday–Saturday: 10 PM – 8 AM
Please be mindful of our neighbors and help us maintain a peaceful environment during these times.

🧴 Starter Kit of Consumables
A limited starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, and trash bags is provided for your convenience at the beginning of your stay.
For anything beyond that, we kindly ask that you purchase what you need to feel at home during your visit.

🔒 Safety & Security
For your peace of mind, we’ve installed outdoor security cameras at the driveway, backyard, and front entry (doorbell camera). While the neighborhood is very safe, these measures are in place to help protect the home and provide added reassurance during your stay.

* The nightly rate includes up to 10 guests. For groups larger than 10 (up to a maximum of 14 guests), an additional fee applies per extra guest per night. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct total number of guests staying at the property, and update your booking before check-in if needed.

* The pool is not heated by default, but can be heated for an additional $85 per night if desired. Spa heating is complimentary for all guests.
