Nestled between the Gulf and the Bay in Bradenton Beach, this two-bedroom condo accommodates up to 6 guests, making it the ideal family retreat. Whether you're drawn to the Gulf's pristine beaches or the bayside for fishing and kayaking, both are just a short stroll away. Discover Anna Maria Island's charm with complimentary trolley rides, offering easy island exploration with frequent stops. Perfectly situated on Bradenton Beach you are just over a mile to Publix, shopping, and restaurants to the North. Just over a mile to the South, you can head down to Bridge Street for a drink at a local bar, putt-putt golf, shopping, and more. A playground and dog park are also within walking distance, ensuring fun for everyone.

The unit is only accessible by stairs and is located on the first floor. This recently updated unit will make your stay a breeze, enjoy the comfort of the recent upgrades and well-equipped property items offered. The living room has a large flat screen smart tv with a Bluetooth speaker available to enjoy the island vibes. The whole house has access to high-speed internet to enjoy all your streaming needs or even if you need to get a little work done we have a vara-desk located in the master bedroom! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to create your favorite home-cooked meals!

A garage is available to store beach equipment and toys during your stay as well as additional parking in the raised first level.

*Dogs are allowed with prior approval and pet fee.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

24th St House

The house is exactly the way it’s pictured. It’s a lovely property in a lovely spot! I do recommend renting a golf cart from The Toy Barn. They are conveniently located right down the road, cheapest on the island and exceptionally responsive. Best vacation we’ve had in years!

Celebrating 50th!

What a fantastic place! Super close to a supermarket and walkable to the beach! Also walkable to restaurants. The location just can’t be beat. The house is gorgeous and great for gathering together. The house has a coffee maker as well as a Keurig -it’s the only part of the description that I would change.

Great location

This property is so convenient to the beach, only a 3 minute walk or so. There are beach towels, chairs, and even a wagon to help haul your stuff. They have a speaker you can use as well. The house is well stocked with games and puzzles.

Nice place but needs tune up

A/C needs to be inspected does not wk proper. Pillows cheap and mattress over worn …easy fix. 250 clean fee and you ask me to empty all trash cans including bathrooms… seriously you have to read checkout instructions they are obnoxious.

This place has all you'll need for your vacation. The location from stores, restaurants and the beach was perfect and the morning sunrise. If you choose to see was absolutely magnificent.

Beach House

The pictures are accurate. The property was clean and close to the beach. However, the property manager did not check the air conditioner before our arrival, so it had to be fixed. Also, we were charged for the increase in taxes, which was not disclosed to us on the Vrbo website. Anna Maria Island has lovely beaches but horrendous traffic. Will not be coming back.

Great escape to Anna Maria Island

We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect, and it was very clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for our family. We really appreciated the comfortable layout and the convenience of everything nearby. The only minor issues were that there could have been more bath towels available, and the primary mattress was a bit softer than we'd prefer. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely consider staying here again!

Wonderful location to beach and river area. Clean, pet friendly and does not smell like pets at all!!! Love they do allow a pet. The management company they use is fantastic!!!! Very helpful!! We have stayed many times in rentals, this is one of the best!

Great location on AMI!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Check in/out was so easy. The location was perfect for exploring AMI. We especially loved the short walks to the beach, beach equipment, deck space, and super comfy king bed in the master. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed walking around.
