Comfortable apartment with Mexican style decoration. Fully equipped, one bedroom with double bed, living room, dining room, kitchen, amenities, air conditioning, Smart TV with Satellite /Cable, Wireless internet.

Casa Emma is located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, a few blocks from the most popular beach of the city "Los Muertos Beach". You will can walk to the malecón, restaurants and shopping stores (galleries, jewelry and handmade crafts). For entertainment you can go to the Act II located approximately 3 blocks from the apartments, where you can enjoyce of your favority drink while you can enjoy a staging or one of their Musicals. For night life there is a few bar very close!!

We recently stayed at Casa Emma VRBO and overall had a very good experience.The location is excellent — about a 12-minute walk to the heart of Zona Romántica with all the shops, restaurants, nightlife, and the beach nearby. It’s convenient to everything, yet surprisingly mostly quiet considering it sits directly above a major highway.The home has a cozy, traditional Spanish feel that adds to the charm. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you’d need, and the amenities throughout the property are thoughtful and practical. Everything was very clean upon arrival. A special mention to our host, Faby — she was kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay.However, I do have one major complaint. I completely understand that mattress comfort is subjective and everyone has different preferences. That said, I personally cannot sleep on a hard mattress — and this one is beyond hard. For me, it was extremely uncomfortable. If you’re fine sleeping on what feels like a plank, you’ll be just fine. But if you prefer any softness at all, this may be an issue.Aside from the mattress, the property itself is wonderful.

The apartment itself is quaint but the bedroom and bathroom are tight in space. What makes the apartment a 5 for me is its location relative to the main strips of Romantic Zone. Also a 5 is Fabiola who is very welcoming!

Relax-Focus Vacay

Quaint Cozy Location. The location description is so mewhat deceiving when noted that it is 2 bills from the beach when it is actually more than 2 bills from the beach! The casa “condo” is across a busy Hwy/street which several times a day was very dangerous to cross on foot and at night was more so when there are little lighting. The cleaning service needs improvement but overall the stay was quite nice. The coordination and communications upfront was absolutely fantastic! Check in process and staff was fantastic as well. Too bad the condo was not actually 2 blks from the beach or it would have received 5 stars and cleaning service would have been on point..

A place with real character

The unit was within a 15-20 minute walk to nearly everything in the Zona Romantica. A place of real character with touches of old Mexico. While pots & pan are provided for cooking, measuring spoon & cups were not included. Also, providing means to play music such as HomePod or a Sonos player would be great & would really improve the Vrbo experience.

Amazing Authentic Hideaway…

We have previously stayed at an adjoining/sister property and were extremely impressed with the host communication and property location and amenities. This location is safe, secure, authentically decorated, has all the amenities of a condo and is beautiful. It’s close to old town and the beach but far enough away to not be in the middle of the craziness. There is a connivence store a block away and you can see the ocean from one of the windows. :) I can’t express how satisfied we’ve been with the host and the properties. 10/10 recommend.

Lovely 8 nights at Casa Emma

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Casa Emma. Our host, Fabiola, was accommodating and especially helpful throughout our stay. She made sure we were comfortable and was always accessible for any questions that popped up. The apartment was lovely, well-kept, and we did not experience any issues. The cleaning service was great as well, and much appreciated. Would highly recommend for those looking for a cozy home just a short walk from the beach and close by to some great food options.

wonderful month at this property

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fabiola's casa. Both she and Mayra were extremely helpful and accommodating regarding any wish or quiery we had. The furnishings and decor at the house were lovely - so Mexican and cheerful. We didn't need to use the AC because breeze from the large windows gave us a good flow of air. Small climb up the hill which I actually enjoyed. Would stay there again. Thanks Barb

Splendid!

Very well located, just a hike back from everything yet away from the chaos. This place is home away from home. Has everything you need and tons of places to Eat and drink on a short 5 min walk.

Wonderful apartment

Great apartment and very quiet. Bed was comfy and the place was spotless. Just know that where it shows up on the map in the listing is NOT the actual location. It’s about 7 minutes walk and on the other side of Route 200 (the main road). Not terrible, but I wish they would be up front about that.

Home away from home

This property is very comfortably appointed and had everything I needed during my stay. The location is steps from the romantic zone, but tucked in a safe and I are quiet spot. Fabiola was a great host, and because I had everything I needed, I did not need to call on her at all.

Awesome stay!

Great little place in a terrific location. Easy to walk to restaurants, beach and shopping. Slightly up hill which could be difficult if you have any issues. Beautiful living space and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The perfect home away from home.

We visited PV for the first time and chose this listing for our stay. I couldnt believe my eyes as to how well the place is setup. It was the perfect setting we could have asked for. Located in Zona Romantica and a short walk away from the beach and all the chaos, it was the right choice to make for shut eyes after an all day commotion. Fabiola was very helpful in having us placed and stayed in contact with us through out our trip. Safety and security was all taken care of and the system put in place does the job at feeling at ease. The listing is very comfortable, very pretty, very clean and well maintained. All in all, it was just amazing...

Perfect Lodging in the Perfect Location!

M,arcelo and his staff do everything to make a pleasant stay. (I broke my iphone charger; Fabiola brought me a 'loaner.' I purchased a new one within walking distance.) The apartment is lovely, with such attention to detail: Original art and traditional crafts in each room. Great location! Walked to COVID testing!

did not no like the 600 peso ride from airport they set up for us. .cab would have being 280 pesos

The apartment was nice..just no outside balcony or anything .just be prepared to climb a steep hill street to and from apartment if walk somewhere... get your own ride to and from airport. they set up a 600 peso ride when cab at airport is only 280 pesos...driver of his car never wore a mask...asked how much to go down later...it was very high....like get them tourists .. i checked later and we got ripped off for the ride....

Great location, Beautiful decor

The property is in a great location for walking to restaurants and the Malecon. We loved the tradition Mexican decor and artwork. We were comfortable although the bed was harder than we prefer. No screens on the windows meant we couldn’t open them for a cool breeze due to mosquitoes in the area.
