Ocean Isle Beach – Oceanfront & Soundside Home on Gated West End | Sleeps 20

This property has a 7-night minimum rental from June–August (Sunday–Sunday). Outside of those dates, a 3-night minimum applies.

Beautiful 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath home located on the exclusive, gated West End of Ocean Isle Beach. The kitchen features double stainless-steel refrigerators, plus an additional refrigerator in the garage, an undercounter ice maker, and a garage shower and bathroom for added convenience.

Start your mornings with coffee on the back porch while listening to the ocean. During the day, enjoy your private saltwater pool, relax poolside, or spend time on the beautiful beach. Later, take a peaceful walk along the shoreline or enjoy a game of cornhole in the backyard. In the evening, unwind on the front porch rocking chairs and take in the breathtaking sunsets.

This spacious home offers all the amenities of paradise, including a large kitchen, a dining table that seats 10, and a bar that seats 4. The family room features a large 65" TV over the fireplace.

A Wonderful Week in a great beach house

Location, location, location. This house, second to last on the southern most tip of the island, is the perfect spot. There aren't many places where you have the ocean out one door and the sound out the other. No obstacles, great views, and very few people. Almost like a private beach, especially when the tide is out. The house is spacious, clean and well furnished and even with three families with 4 children under 11 there's plenty of room for personal space. The pool is large and well maintained. The owner, Melissa, was accessible by text or phone and very responsive. A wonderful week in a wonderful house, made even more special by the unique location.

Ocean Isle

Our family meets every two years. We came in from several states and this week was by far the best. The property is in an ideal location, on the beach and causeway. Melissa is the greatest. Definitely coming back to Ocean Isle in 2025!!!

Family Beach Time

The perfect family beach home. Our 2 grown children, their spouses and 8 grandchildren, all under 9 years old had a wonderful time and plenty of space. The pool was a nice break from the beach during high tide. Home was very comfortable and well stocked. Owner was super friendly, responded fast to everything and very accommodating. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Ocean Isle. ❤️

Amazing location, clean and well-kept.

We had an amazing stay here. The location is fabulous right near the end of OIB in a quiet, gated community. Our day usually went something like (1) ocean, (2) pool, (3) sound (we rented paddleboards and kayaks), (4) repeat. The pictures do not do the pool justice - I have had some bad experiences with pools at rental homes but this one was larger than I expected and very well-maintained. We had a few questions about the house and the owner always responded immediately. House was clean and well-stocked. Would absolutely recommend.

Gorgeous home great location!

Our extended family had a wonderful vacation. One of the nicest interiors we have ever encountered in Ocean Isle. Melissa was exceptionally kind and quick to reply to any questions we had. Will definitely stay again!

Awesome house!

Beautiful house in the perfect location — gorgeous sunsets, unbeatable views, right on the beach and the intracoastal — what’s not to love?!? Melissa was so sweet and flexible to work with. We all loved our time in this great spot in OIB.

Beautiful Stay

The location of the home is perfect! So peaceful and the sunsets are beautiful! Home is well kept! The owner was beyond nice and great communication with her! There were 11 of us and we fit perfect! Kitchen is super spacious and very well stocked with appliances, cookware, and silverware etc. We will definitely be back!

Our multi-generational vacation

Our 4 generational family had an amazing time in this beautiful home. We even got my 91 year old mother, who hadn’t swam in 10 years, in the beautiful pool, and she didn’t want to get out! We all spent hours on both the sound side and ocean front porches. Being on the end of the point, there is no beach at high tide, but we scheduled around that.

Couldn't ask for anything more!

Quiet location with tons of amenities. Between the pool, the beach, playing cornhole, and fishing off the dock the kids never ran out of things to do. House was great inside and out. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were super comfortable. The 2 refrigerators, ice maker, and the large dining table were perfect for our big family. The owners have really paid attention to detail when it comes to how they have equipped this house. We had a wonderful time.

Great experience!

Beautiful, well-appointed home in a great location. The pool was one of the best we’ve had at a rental and there were so many places to relax and enjoy the cool ocean breezes. We loved the super easy access to the water on two sides. The limited beach at peak high tide was a small trade-off for the sand bars, tidal pools and fishing access. The owner is very responsive, hands on and personable. A great vacation!

Loving Ocean Isle Beach!

We love Ocean Isle Beach, we have been coming for several years and this was our first time at this property. The view is absolutely beautiful...the ocean and inlet are stunning. A very well stocked house, one of the best I've rented. The pool is also awesome...beautiful and overlooking the ocean. Unfortunately the beach wasn't very accessable during high tide due to recent hurricane, but not a lot could be done about that, we just walked up the coast about 60 yards. During high tide, water was about 2 steps high. A couple minor issues with the AC and dryer, but Melissa was on it quickly and had repair done ASAP. Melissa was a very hands on owner easy to reach and very good to work with.

Super beach house

The house and pool were absolutely wonderful! The only downside of our vacation was not the house but if you are beach people this house is not for you. You loose the beach most of the day as the tide comes in. We worked around this and still had a great family vacation! The only other suggestion I have is to get a hand rail to get in and out of pool for us older generation.😀☀️

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the location. The house was very clean, well stocked in the kitchen, and plenty of beds and rooms for all of our extended family. You cannot beat the location and the pool is amazing and probably the largest private pool we have ever seen. Our family had so much fun fishing off the pier in the inlet. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at OIB.

Great outdoor living

Beautiful house, with all right accommodations, especially the kitchen. Big pots and pans for big group, loved the spice drawer, nice touch, two large refrigerators and pool level frig. Perfect outdoor space with two big tables on two different levels. Never have to eat inside. The only missing necessity was beach towels.( we knew they wouldn’t be there however seems strange for a beach home not to supply beach towels) We would come back again

Beautiful house, perfect setting!

We’ve been coming to OIB for over 30 years, and have always stayed on the West side. This is the first time we’ve stayed at Just Luv in’ It II. The house has been recently renovated and everything inside is new, fresh, and very clean. Mattresses are comfy and new, along with bedding and towels. The pool is amazing. Quite large compared to most on this side of the island. The dock is also new and perfect for fishing, and crabbing. As we catch and cook our own dinners, the kitchen is large, well appointed and can handle 2-3 cooks at a time! We very much enjoyed our week here and look forward to coming back next year!

Easter Vacation

The house was fantastic, had everything we needed; super quiet neighborhood, and loved the privacy of the beach, and being close to both inlet and ocean. Can't wait to book again. Extremely accommodating owner.

We have been coming to OIB for the past 30 years and have always loved it. The Austin family consists of Grandma (Mawmaw), her two children (me being one - the other, my brother) and her pride and joy...her 5 granddaughters..my three - 26, 24 & 20 and my brother's twins, 22. In 2018, our family was fortunate enough to be able to purchase a home on the island and we are here every chance we get. In 2019, we had the opportunity to purchase another home, and here we are. We love the small family feeling of OIB; it's also easy access to the important places such as great food, golf and Home Goods! We enjoy eating at Calabash restaurants and then visiting Callahan's...it's a tradition. Convenient to Myrtle Beach Airport as well Wilmington.

We chose this property because of its stunning views of the ocean and the beautiful sunsets in the evening. When it's high tide, at times it feels like you are on a cruise ship due to the closeness to the ocean. We love looking at the ocean and watching the birds while having our morning coffee, and it is so relaxing just swinging on the front porch looking at the beautiful OIB sunsets.

This end of the island is just a little piece of paradise. Of the 30 homes past the gate, there are several families that live here year round. If you are fortunate enough to meet any, you will have made a friend for life. Everyone here is friendly, helpful and always wearing a smile.
