• Trash Pickup: Trash bins are set out each Wednesday evening and returned Thursday. A team member may briefly access the side yard only via the gate — no disruption to your stay.

• Accessibility: This is a single-level home with no interior stairs. There’s one small step at the front entry and another leading to the backyard patio. If you have specific mobility needs, feel free to message us — we’re happy to help.

• Climate Control: The home has central A/C and heating with a smart thermostat you control. The game room has its own fan and space heater to stay comfortable year-round. We just ask that guests turn off the A/C when leaving for long periods to help conserve energy.

• Keyless Entry: A secure, electronic smart lock makes check-in and checkout simple and flexible — no keys to lose or coordinate.

• Quiet Neighborhood: We’re in a peaceful residential community. Please keep outdoor noise low after 10 PM and respect our wonderful neighbors. This home is ideal for families and respectful groups — no parties, events, or loud gatherings allowed.

• Strict House Rules:
– No smoking or vaping (indoors or outside)
– No pets (to maintain an allergy-friendly space)
– No recreational drugs or illegal activity
– No extra or unregistered guests beyond your reservation

• Security: For safety and peace of mind, we have two exterior-only cameras — one at the front door and one facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home.

• Respect the Remodel: This home was completely updated in 2025 with all new finishes and furniture. We kindly ask that you treat the space with care so we can keep it in beautiful condition for all future guests.

• Professional Cleaning: The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every check-in. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request (additional fee applies).
