I have answered your questions and nobody has answered any of the issues I’ve sent about this rental. So I guess if there are problems with a rental you booked Vrbo does nothing about it. I had problems from the first day of not getting the code until 5:30 pm an hour and a half late . And we had tried to get a hold of the host for a long time. We were just about to book a hotel because nobody answered us or seemed like they cared. We still haven’t gotten the security deposit back. I have pictures of every issue we had, so they have no reason to keep it. I believe we deserve someone to contact us to resolve this but it doesn’t seem to matter to Vrbo .

A lovely property in a superb location. Beautiful beach and plenty to do. Tracey was good to work with and communicated promptly. Worked really well for our family of 5.

Perfect location - only 2 blocks from pier and beach. Large condo - 3 bedrooms downstairs and a large kitchen/living room upstairs. Modern kitchen with all accessories, plus view of beach. Balconies upstairs and downstairs. Plus right on (free) trolley line for getting around town. Just wonderful.

The place was in a great location with easy access to the beach. The bottom floor is where the bedrooms were located and the top floor featured the kitchen, living and dining areas with a nice view of the ocean from the kitchen and the offshore breeze in the afternoon and evening. Everything that was needed for a great time was provided in the condo.

Close to beach

This place is a short walk from the beach and Pier Fun shops and restaurants all around. Lots of beach gear available to use was a big plus!

Close to beach, pier, and restaurants. Quiet spot. The place was better that the photos. You can watch the sunset from the kitchen.

Family Get Away Vacation

Great location

This property has a lot of potential; a few things could make it better. Closets and cupboards are full of what we assume are owner's personal items so there was little room for storage of clothing and suitcases. Also the kitchen smoke alarm was missing, and furnace/hot water tank closets should not be used as storage as this could be a fire hazard. We loved the convenient location and quiet neighborhood. This unit is well suited for families with kids.

Great Beach Access

We had a great 5 days with our adult children. Our boys walked to the beach each day and surfed while we went to Disney on 2 of the days (under an hour's drive).

Great Location!

Location was very close to the pier. It only took us 5 minutes to walk to Fisherman's Wharf for happy hour. The condo was very clean and well appointed.

The Sweetest Spot

San Clemente is the perfect beach town, and this property is in an amazing location, just a block from the beach. Tracy was a gracious host, and she gave us lots of tips on the best local experiences. We had a miscommunication that delayed our check in a bit, but Tracy bent over backwards to make it right, and gave us an extra late checkout to help us on our departure.

Great Location!!

Overall, this is a great place to stay if you want to experience the beach life. My son and i surf so walking our boards down to the pier and linda lane area was pretty cool. We appreciated how bedrooms were downstairs and living area upstairs. The decore was nice and i could tell the owner took pride in her property. The balconies were nice to visit and enjoy the perfect weather we had for the week. It was also really easy doing dishes with the view of the ocean from the kitchen windows. Laundry was downstairs in garage but worked great and we were even happy to have a washer and dryer on site vs using a laundromat. Some minor issues the owner and future renters should be aware of to fix for future guests: -Master bedroom door didnt lock so we had 0 privacy with our 3 kids we brought which was a total bummer. - Master bedroom TV didnt work. - Utensils for cooking were grimmy and we had to clean them before usage. - Several Roaches outside which a couple made it in we had to kill. (No big deal) - Patio Screen doors need repair or really new ones need to be made. Im in the window business and know how easy and inexpensive they are to remake with mobile screen companies. If the owner dropped about $800-1000 on fixing these minor issues, the property would be presitine. Overall i gave this property is 4 stars which is still great. If they fix these minor issues i would give it 5 stars.

Beach stay

We enjoyed our stay in San Clemente. Our only problem was that it was very lived in. Every drawer in the bathrooms were filled, the kitchen cupboards were full. The cleanliness was not great. Location was awesome and Tracy was very accommodating. I would rent there again without question.

Close to Beach

Property was in a great location, just a 5 minute walk down to beach and a couple restaurants. Remember that you must walk back up! While it looked cute in pictures, some furnishings were dated and cabinets needed repainting inside and out. Kind of dirty. Too much junk around, way too many pillows on couches inside and out. It had been raining for days and balcony was flooded and unusable. Much better drainage needed and outdoor furniture should have been covered. Was soaked through. Mattresses were too soft and one of the comforters was older and dirty. There was no place to put luggage in the secondary bedroom so one couple had to use the third bedroom just to set their luggage on the bed there. No chest for clothes. We made the best of it and enjoyed the area. Good central location to visit several other towns in the area.

Best of the best

We have stayed all over the US in numerous VRBO properties. We have had lovely properties with amazing hosts but have to say this property and host was a five star in every area!! Host communicates quickly and considerately. Property pristinely clean and more than adequately stocked. Location is truly a minute walk to beach and same to charming restaurants. My family will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Location for the win!

The property was perfect for our family of 4 for 6 nights in SoCal. Was able to hangout in San Diego and LA for a couple days enjoying the PCH as much as possible!

I am a school teacher in the California desert and I bought this lovely home to someday retire in.... I love that it is a walking town and a great escape from the heat! To me being a Native Californian I'm familiar with all of our beaches but, I believe San Clemente is the number one family oriented beach town that I know of.... I love the swing sets and the park right on the beach for my two young granddaughters, the ocean front happy hours for my husband, the yoga studios I can walk to, local surf lessons for the older kids, thrift stores in town that my teenager adores, as well as the most scenic and incredible beaches and walking/biking trails anywhere. You can park your car and never get it in again until it's time to go!! You can do as much as you'd like or as little as possible! It's Up to you! Please enjoy my home as your own!!

We love the location! It is so close to the beach, pier and shops. We bought it because we loves to spend the summer just walking or with a drink in hand sitting on the sand hearing the waves crashing on the shore! This condo feels like a private home with only two units on one lot. The layout is open and the many sliding doors and windows allow the beach air to blow in. I love the two large balconies so I can sit outside and enjoy the beach area scenery. You are right in the middle of everything yet it is peaceful and serene.

Walking from the front door to the beach in less than 5 minutes! No hassling over a parking place. There's everything in the garage from chairs to beach toys to an umbrella. I often walk up and down to the beach several times a day. You can hear the waves at night.
