The rental is located on the 1st floor of a large family house typically Savoyard, with an independent entry.
You can enjoy a nice view on the lake and the mountains.

The 3 bedrooms are equipped with double beds (140 X 190) with comforter, and the main bedroom has a single bed with the possibility of an extra bed for a child. If necessary, we can also provide a baby cot with a high chair.
Bed linen and bath linen are included in the price of the house.

Beautiful mountain walks are accessible from the village or a few minutes by car (col de la Forclaz, roc de Cher, cascade d'Angon, dents de Lanfon, La Tournette....).
You will be 20 minutes by car from Annecy and 1 hour from Geneva.
A bus stop is located at 100 meters from the house allowing access to the stations of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand, or a line allowing access to Annecy.

For water sports, you will be a few minutes walk from the paddles and pedal boats rentals, the water ski club and the sailing club.
We will be available throughout your stay, we also offer catering services, outdoor activities, cleaning during your stay, laundry, etc.
