Great location! Beautiful views and wonderful access to the beach. The pictures are not current. The dune restoration has covered up the steps leading down to the beach, so we were able to wheel a loaded beach cart easily over the dune. We were a 3-generation family of 4 adults, 1 child and a tiny dog, so there was plenty of room for our small group. There is no lawn or grassy area as shown in the pictures to walk your dog, but this was not an issue for our Yorkie who loves the beach. Be sure to bring your scoop and disposal bags. The road is very busy, but the driveway and parking area was large enough to turn around our Suburban so we could safely pull out and not have to back out into traffic. It was great to have three comfortable king beds with plenty of pillows and linens available. Towels, including beach towels were also plentiful. Kitchen was well stocked. Sadly, the Keurig did not work, but there was a regular coffee maker, and I had brought both loose coffee and pods. There are a lot of stairs, not a house for someone who can't climb. There is no outdoor grill which was disappointing. We wouldn't have used it but there was no firepit as listed. Overall lovely home, just some minor maintenance issues that are expected with the salt air. We had a wonderful stay. Absolutely beautiful quiet beach with such easy access. We plan on coming back! We only had to contact the host once about the entry code and they responded immediate.

Glad Island Time’s location, views, beach access and roomy layout worked well for your multi‑generational group, and that linens, towels and the kitchen met your needs — also pleased the entry‑code question was handled quickly. Apologies for the outdated photos and for the missing lawn, grill and firepit; we’ve passed your notes to our team so the listing and maintenance items (including the Keurig and salt‑air wear) can be addressed. Noted on the stairs and road/driveway situation. We’d be happy to host you again.
