Located right next to La Noria Golf, the Lidl supermarket and 2km from the village of La Cala and the beach.

The urbanization offers 3 beautiful outdoor swimming pools, a children's play area, a gym with a small spa, padel court, and comunal BBQ area.



The apartment is modern and refined, offering 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, including a beautiful master suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The residence is of brand new construction.



The open living area gives direct access to the terrace which offers a nice lounge area for relaxing and a dining area, overlooking the Mijas mountains and the sea. You will also have a second sunny terrace with two deckchairs to top up your tan.



We cannot be held responsible in the event of closure of swimming pools by decision of the community or regional decision due to water restrictions put in place during periods of drought.

Super apartment

4 adults and 2 children stayed in the apartment. The apartment was spacious and each bedroom was a good size. The balcony was large and the views of the mountains were nice. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the service from Servane was excellent as always. A car for this location is essential as the hill down to the centre is steep. Good gym. The grounds the accommodation is set in arent quite as lush as some of the others exo provides Possibly needs a further smaller sofa In living room to improve seating. Toilet in main bathroom doesn’t flush as well as the other

Lovely spacious apartment

The apartment was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. We were a group of four adults and two children, and never once felt cramped. Two of the three pools were fully operational and open until 10 PM, which was a great bonus. We returned home feeling truly relaxed, largely thanks to the generous space in the apartment. It never felt like we were on top of each other, which made the stay all the more enjoyable. None of the locks worked in any of the bathrooms, which didn't bother us but may for others. The main toilet flush needs improvement. Door dead bolt didnt work either so many another item that needs attention.
