Come find the relaxing ambiance you have been looking for! From the moment you enter this upscale, family-friendly home you will find that all the hustle and bustle of the outside world will disappear. This hillside home allows you to over-look miles of beach and sunsets over the ocean.

The interior of this residence is set up for any vacation. This unit has a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen overlooking the coast. This vacation home gives a home-away-from home feeling on the inside while enjoying the beach and weather on the outside. The kitchen is fully equipped for any chef that enters the unit.
Outside, is a furnished terrace spectacular pool and wood burning oven and BBQ for outside living. The house comes fully furnished and equipped, with bedding and towels included. Weekly cleaning services provided during your stay.

We are centrally located along the coast and an inlet lagoon which makes swimming easy for your children away from the ocean waves. Walking distance to the beach front shops and restaurants as well as local water sports vendors (parasailing, surfing, kayaking…)

On the days you wish to explore the famous ‘Silver Coast” many golf courses, public beaches, vineyards, wineries, local eateries and shops are close by. A short drive will lead you to the renown medieval village of Óbidos , the fishing village of Peniche and the surf capital of Portugal in Nazaré. Day trips to Lisbon, Fatima, Sintra, Mafra and many other towns with so much to offer and experience.

A very comfortable and well-equipped villa with lovely grounds and superb view of the lagoon and the sea beyond. All four couples enjoyed a wonderful week. Zenite and Albino were generous and attentive local contacts and they really made us feel welcome. We would highly recommend this property.

Everyone was very impressed with the villa, especially the pool. Perhaps the only niggle was the difficulty in contacting the owner who apparently lives in Canada. The managers were wonderful and brought us fresh vegetables from their garden and freshly baked bread.

Annual family holiday

Perfect house and location for our get together, the villa easily provided for the 11 of us, with ages ranging from 1yr to 68. Zenite, our host couldn’t have been more helpful. The area has such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A real gem of a find.

The Villa is absolutely amazing and wasperfect to accommodate our party of 12 ( 6 x adults/6 x children). Not a single one of our party had a bad thing to say about it and were pretty blown away to be honest.We were welcomed by our host with a tour of the Villa, every room immaculate and little touches like flowers in towels shaped like swans on each bed were a nice touch. The pool was used endlessly by the kids and adults to suit.On the second day, our host walked up with two crates of fresh fruit, veg and herbs from her own garden, which again, was a lovely touch.The lagoon and beach are a short 20 min walk from the villa which isn’t really a problem.Would advise a car for the stay though, for travel to supermarkets which aren’t in walking distance. Apart from that, a 5* villa, thank you for having us.

Family Portugal Trip - Part 1

Wonderful week at a great property! Lots of room to hangout, do family port tasting, play cards, cook breakfast and dinner. 10 adults (5 siblings & spouses). Great access and touring to Nazaré, Óbidos, Fátima, Sintra, Caiscais, etc.

Wonderful villa

This is a beautiful, very spacious house, well equipped and with plenty of room to relax. It really is as good as it looks in the photos and the pool and views are particularly lovely. It’s easy to walk down the lagoon, bars and restaurants, but worth having a car for shopping and trips to unmissable local sights like Obidos and Alcobaca. We were very warmly received and would love to go back.

Beautiful house, traditional Portuguese. Perfect for what we needed. Only a couple of shops in walking distance, but only 15-20 mins away by car. The owners were lovely, dropped in fresh home grown fruit and veg on our first day

Extended Family Holiday

Great villa with lots of space and character and very clean. Lovely location and superb pool. Zenite and her husband were extremely welcoming and kind throughout our two week stay. Couldn't have asked for a better break and everyone who were with us all said they had a terrific time. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting to host a larger party of friends or family for a holiday.

Plenty big enough for large families. Couple of mattresses bit hard for our liking. Lovely welcome, with home made bread and a rice pudding. Great swimming pool. Amazing outside kitchen with bbqs in it.

Amazing

We stayed in Casa Bella in Portugal. The place was spotless, homely and had everything we needed. The house itself was beautiful, bigger than the pictures show, so much space and so well equipped. The beds were really comfortable and on arrival had flowers scattered over them a lovely touch! The space outside and the pool was perfect. The outside kitchen works so well for bbqs. Zenite and Alberto, the hosts, were amazing. They kept the outside and pool really clean and Zenite popped up to check everything was ok and brought us wonderful homemade goodies, a beautiful sponge cake, veggies, salad and homemade burgers. The views over the lagoon were wonderful. It is a wonderful holiday villa which we would definately recommend to others, in fact it was just perfect in every way! Thank you Zenite and Alberto for a wonderful holiday and stay in your stunning villa, we were truely spoilt!

A wonderful find!

About an hour's drive north of Lisbon, this beautiful property is located on a hillside with spectacular views over the Obidos Lagoon, especially at night. Zenite and Albino, who met us, were delightful and could not do enough to make our stay memorable. The house is very large with two sitting rooms and kitchens; plenty of room for 10 of us and with a beautiful garden as well. The second fridge upstairs was a godsend. Everyone agreed the pool was perfect: completely non-slip surface, shallow steps perfect for tiny people (and older wobbly people!) plus some pool toys already there. Lovely beach with bars and restaurants in walking distance and a constant breeze off the Atlantic meant it was a comfortable temperature all the time. No air conditioning but we didn't need it. Ample line drying space and a superb separate barbecue area. We all loved it! Thank you Zenite, Albino and Nancy.

Great location - beautiful views

The host Zenite was wonderful - available to assist at any time. Property cleanliness was impeccable and we loved the location. It is walking distance to town and beach and a short drive for groceries. As well, we felt that this is a very safe neighbourhood. The only reason we are giving overall rating of 4 stars (vs 5) is due to some minor issues with the home that impacted our enjoyment. These include: -The upstairs kitchen was nice but had no dishes, making the bsmt kitchen a very small space to work in for 8 ppl. -There needs to be hand soap in every bathroom - there was not. Also we feel that there should be dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent provided. It's annoying to have to go find and purchase these items on holiday. -One of the showers did not drain and in fact, when used, backed up a little causing a smell. Having said that, we did mention it to the host and it will be fixed for next year. We buddied up on the remaining showers. We should have been made aware that this was a problem before we used it ! -The pool was beautiful - however the fountains were not working and there were only 4 of the nice deck chairs, not 7 as in the pictures We understand that these are small things and if we could give a 4.8 we would. Overall we highly recommend this property - The view and sunset are spectacular, I LOVED the bbq room and the location is perfect for day visits both north and south. Zenite is a lovely host

Superbe villa avec piscine fantastique

L'accueil de nancy et zenitte était parfait. L'environnement est idéal avec une piscine incroyable et la plage à proximité. La maison est grande et chaleureuse et idéalement située pour les visites. Nous étions 10 avec les petits enfants et ces derniers ce sont éclatés dans la piscine. Une semaine de vacances inoubliable.

Stort hus med fantastisk beliggenhet. Vertskapet var utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsomme.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. Ze had zelfs wat boodschappen gedaan omdat we laat op de dag arriveerden. Een huis waar vrijwel alles aanwezig is. Het was netje schoon en veel privacy. We hebben genoten misten alleen wat gezelligheid van een dorpje dichtbij met leuk marktje oid. Mooi strand op loopafstand.

Ein toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einem großzügigen, liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus mit einem sehr schön angelegten Pool. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Lagune. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr sympathisch und offen. Wir wurden mit zahlreichen Willkommensgeschenken wie z.B. Kräuter und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten, Aufschnitt, Käse und sogar selbst gebackenem Kuchen überrascht. Auch bei einem Problem mit dem Mietwagen standen sie uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Fab family trip

Plenty of beds and bathrooms with lots of choice for sleeping arrangements. Nice size for 12 people. Lovely pool. Easy access to beach and within easy walking distance. Zenite and Albino are wonderful hosts providing us with plenty of homegrown food and home-baked bread and cake. Overall fantastic stay and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Bon séjour

Séjour très agréable. La maison est très grande et très sympa. Nous étions 11. Elle a été nettoyée à mi séjour, les draps changés. La propriétaire met à disposition les serviettes de bains et de piscine ce qui permet d'alléger les bagages. Nous avons été bien accueillis avec un panier de légumes délicieux( tomates, pommes de terre et courgettes). Magnifique vue depuis la terrasse et la piscine. La région est magnifique. Voiture indispensable.

Schöner Strandurlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Foz und Umgebung. Nahe an Lissabon aber nicht sehr überlaufen. Viele Ausflugsziele und guter Zugang zu Strand und Kiten.
