Beautiful newly remodeled cottage-studio in a fantastic location—everything is brand new! Just 5 min from the beach and bay in a safe, walkable area. Enjoy 2 comfy queen beds, a kitchenette, 2 rainfall showers, smart TV, and workspace. Includes bikes, 1 kayak, EV charger, and private parking. Washer, dryer, BBQ grill, and jacuzzi available upon request.

Please only use the EV parking space while charging your vehicle.

This is one of the best neighborhoods in San Diego. Point Loma is a peninsula with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. Both are walking distance. You can see the sunrise down the hill at the bay and admire the most amazing sunsets on the other side of the hill at Sunset Cliffs. So many great restaurants nearby. Supermarkets and fantastic shopping areas just minutes away. Liberty Station (restaurants and shops) Ocean Beach, Shelter Island, Kellogg Beach, the airport, all minutes away!

Walk to Shelter Island, restaurants, cafes, bars, fishing landing Co. 5 minutes drive to Liberty Station, Sunset Cliff, Ocean Beach, and Pacific Beach. Less than 10 min to the Airport and Seaworld!

Excellent place, great host

When we arrived, the place wasn't cleaned from the last guest. However, the host made sure to take care of it swiftly (which we were grateful for since we had tired kids), and didn't charge us the cleaning fee. Great service, beautiful property.

Great Place

This was an excellent little place in San Diego. It was very clean and comfortable and super cute. I wish I had longer to stay. There were quite a few plants to navigate through to get to the entrance but overall a great place to stay and I would definitely go back and recommend it to friends and family.

Lovely little studio in a great area and very well equipped

This was the first stop on our road trip around California. Stayed for 3 nights, the studio is lovely and has a very well equipped kitchenette with everything you could need for you stay. Easy access to everything San Diego offers. Sunset Cliffs is just a few minutes drive away and we enjoyed watching the sunset there one of the evenings.

I Would Stay Here Again and Again!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time in this studio! The space was adequate and so lovely. It is very clear the owners put a lot of love and care into all of the details to make guests' stays worth while. The kitchen area was stocked with everything one would need to be able to prepare a meal minus the food. The bathroom was my favorite place. I also liked the decor and beach amenities. The neighborhood was so pleasent and there were nice local restuarants within walking distance. I highly recommend Ketch for happy hour! 7 food and drinks! I would stay at this studio again and again.

Perfect location, cute cottage

We were in San Diego for a quick stay and the house was perfect for our needs. Shower was amazing, cute kitchen with everything you’ll need and lots of storage for your things. They utilized the space really well.

Point Loma for the Holidays

We were looking for a place within walking distance of my cousin's house and this was a terrific find. We stayed there with 4 people, and both beds were really comfortable. Because our kids are teens, we brought in an air mattress that we put in front of the kitchen sink each night - it was worth it for the location! While the teens were sleeping we could slip out an go for amazing walks or to my cousin's house for coffee. The set up is perfect - they really maximize the studio space with a small but fully equipped kitchen, nice big bathroom, easy street parking. We watched Xmas movies and had hot cocoa every night.

Perfect

The only problem was the electric kettle, it was scummy in the bottom, I didn’t want to use it. The entrance to the property was precarious. If you have mobility or balance issues this property would be problematic. But truly a darling property.

Sweet studio

This studio is clean, comfortable, has an amazing shower with room for 2. We felt very safe with this location and did walk to a great restaurant. It really is a great spot! And there is a swing outside! So cute!

Nice studio, clean and modern. Some great places close by. The only challenge is inadequate lighting on the exterior if you arrive after dark.

Cute Studio!

Overall, we would stay here again! Very cute comfortable 2 queen bed studio! The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The a/c was at 62, but felt closer to 72. We turned on the fans and shut the bathroom door and it cooled down a tad! Walking distance to town - The Fish Shop has amazing food and very reasonably priced. Street parking at the studio was on a steep hill making it a little scary to get out. We sent the kids out passenger door. Thanks for everything!!

Ein guter Ort

Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und es hatte alles, was es braucht. Auch Point Loma ist ein super Ort mit dem nahen Meer etc. und doch nicht weit von San Diego Downtown. Den Verkehr der Strasse hört man im Studio bei offenem Fenster gut, in der Nacht ist es aber relativ ruhig. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen :-).

This property was fantastic and was within walking distance to the harbor and a short drive from Sunset Cliffs Natural Park. We went tidepooling and hiked along the ocean. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The property itself was clean and comfortable with easy parking on the street right out front. The double shower was a nice bonus.

Adventurous great location

Great location. We used buses to get around and found at age 77 a challenge to walk hills up and esp at end of day. We found bus 84 helpful to come up from Rosecrans to Talbot and Catalinata The place was lovely, well equipped and a great space to be in. We ate most of our meals here and worked very well

Just darling

It was so cute and clean inside. Very cozy beds, great ceiling fan and the shower was so cool! We were able to walk down to the water in twenty min and the walk back was fine too. We went to Eppig brewery, backstage live at Humphreys half moon, liberty station. It was awesome! Communication with host was great :)
