Modern beach house, 1 block from beach, Pet friendly and golf cart included!

This super clean, updated raised beach house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large open floor plan for the living room, dining room and kitchen area. There is also a sitting area under the house with a gas BBQ, games, and hammock. Bed linens, bath towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and complimentary use of the owners golf cart are ALL included. Golf cart is approximately $400 if you had to rent it separately.

Close to the beach, golf and fishing but far from the craziness. Our pier home with golf cart located on a private cul-de-sac in the gated resort of Oceanside Village is just steps from Surfside Beach, minutes from golf courses, only a few miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport, and just down the street from Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island to the south and Myrtle Beach to the north. There is private, gated beach front parking and rest rooms for guests that choose to drive the golf cart or car to the beach, yet we're super close to the beach in case members of your group want to walk home for lunch or sleep in and join you later.

Our home includes high speed internet, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal -- all in quiet Oceanside Village just minutes from dining, shopping, miniature golf, movie theaters, jet skiing, kayaking and just about anything else you like to do on vacation!

Relax on the large second floor deck or in the 1st floor lounge area with couches, chairs, hammock, large fan, streaming TV, and the gas grill (propane included). You'll also find a private outdoor shower, with HOT and COLD water to wash off the salt and sand after a day at the beach.

Within our secure, gated community you'll find an indoor heated pool, two outdoor pools and a mini water park for the kids which is sure to be a memory-maker! Oceanside Village also has a 16 person whirlpool by the Hickory Grove pool. An activities center, tennis courts, a basketball court, baseball field, playground, volley ball court, five stocked fishing ponds, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, and 2 dog parks are also available onsite.

You can enjoy the fitness center for an additional fee per week by signing up at the office onsite. Golf for an additional fee at the spectacular Tupelo Bay course is just 4 minute ride or 15 minute walk away...across the street from the main gate. Check out their Glow Golf or Foot Golf when available!

Our golf cart is included with your rental for travel within Oceanside Village ONLY and for beach front parking in the Oceanside Village private parking area ONLY.

One (1) small dog under 20 lbs. is welcome. (An additional dog or larger dog may be considered for an additional fee.)

RENTAL RATE INCLUDES LINENS AND TOWELS, and GOLF CART!

PLEASE NOTE: Stays of less than 4 nights or less are welcome at certain times of the year. Please contact us BEFORE booking these short stays.

High season (May - September) requires a Saturday check-in and 7-night minimum. Please contact me for other options.

Home includes a video doorbell used for outside security.

Week vacation

Ann was an amazing host! Responded to any questions I had. The house was just as pictured. Clean, organized and comfortable beds & couch. Her house has anything you would need and then some. A short one block golf cart ride to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. I would stay again.

Vaction and Daughters wedding

This property was more than we expected, we came to SC for aour daughters wedding and this property felt like we were right at home. When i day it had everything we could possibly need i am not exaggerating. It has everything! The rental was clean, a skip to the beach, a hop to the pools and community areas and it came with a golf cart to make it that mich easier. Ann the host was easy to get a hold of and responded immediately. I cant rave enough about this property!

Very nice house. My only issue was on arrival. but with the owners assistance, I quickly got in. The kitchen was the best equipped I've ever experienced. Easy walking distance to the beach. Nice community pool and activity area. They even had a shuffleboard and bocce ball area along with a tennis and pickleball courts. The third bedroom is more for smaller kids but the first two bedrooms were very comfortable. We all slept well. I would stay here again.

Wonderful beach house!

My whole family loved this listing! Super close to the beach, plus we loved the golf cart and the private parking for it down at the beach. The community was super cute and the pools were very nice! Location was super convenient to several grocery stores, and walking distance to a Conch Cafe, a great seafood restaurant on the beach. I cook for my family a lot on vacation, and I’ve never stayed in a rental that was so well equipped in the kitchen. The owner has thought of everything we could possibly need! Plus all the chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and other supplies are ready for the beach. The security of a gated community was very reassuring, although the whole area seemed very quiet and safe anyway. Owner was very welcoming and very responsive. If I come back to this area I would stay here again!

Great stay!! Would definitely choose this home again.

This home is in a great location super clean and was well stocked with many conveniences such as garbage bags, Ziploc bags, spices, condiments laundry detergent and even dryer sheets. Bedding and towels was more than ample. Very detailed instruction for the TVs and plenty of menus to help you make meal choices. Check in and check out very easy. Host was very quick to respond and very helpful.

Enjoyed

This was a very pleasant place and location was excellent for access to beach. All was clean and plenty of stocked goods. Steps were a challenge for me (72 year old) legs but not too bad. Only thing about house it needed a full length mirror for teen to check her bathing suit etc. other than that it was enjoyable The golf carts were a plus but were not locked and had to be charged Just fyi to manager. Overall I would stay again and recommend

The place was not clean. The property manager told me that her cleaning crew gave it a “deep clean “. Look at the pictures and you will see that she lied. One of my employees spent 4 hours cleaning the place. Then the golf cart was broke and she said she will send her golf cart guy to fix it, well he never showed. She again did not tell the truth. I really don’t think she has a cleaning crew or a handyman. She did not offer to compensate for the 4 hours of cleaning so I have little respect for her (Anne).

Perfect beach house steps from the beach! Spacious rooms and bathrooms, well appointed kitchen with all the cooking utensils you could need. Super clean!! Had such a wonderful stay with family. Will definitely be back!!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had the opportunity to stay at the "Salty Sand Dollar" for a couple of weeks and it was just perfect for us. The home is beautiful and well kept. The accommodations from the amount of space to having the ability to utilize the golf cart to travel around the community and beach made it so easy for us to enjoy the time away. Having our two little dogs with us made this home just the right fit too. Communication with Ann was always pleasant and timely. I would recommend staying at Ann's place should you wish to enjoy a vacation in Myrtle Beach.

Family Fun at Surfside

Great house to stay for family vacation! Close to beach, loved the golf cart, and pool area is perfect for kids to cool down after a day at the beach. We would definitely rent again - Ann (host) was great to work with!

Beach Trip

We love Oceanside Village and this has become our favorite property in OSV. Great location, plenty of room, and several upgrades this season (new king size bed in the MB and new bathrooms). Ann is very responsive and any issues are quickly addressed. We will definitely be back.

Sad but wonderful vacation.

We enjoyed our stay even though we lost one of our fur babies the first night we arrived. It was sudden & heart wrenching and we cried the first few days with the thought of returning home. However, we had family joining us and we decided to stay. We are glad we did because spending time with family helped us tremendously! The use of the golf cart was an added bonus as we are all in our late 60's and early 70's. We would certainly stay again!
