We enjoyed our time visiting this property. The space was all that we needed, the pool and hot tub were great on the days the ocean was cold. Location was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We would recommend this property to other families.

Perfect house!

We had 4 adults and 3 kids in this house and it was perfect size. Loved the easy access to the beach. They provided everything we needed and more. They have some beach toys, chairs, and boards in the garage and the kids loved that. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area. We loved it!

Very clean, nice location. We contacted management because the trail to the beach was overgrown, and they had a landscaper come out within a few hours. I think the outdoor grill needs replacing, as it wouldn’t get very hot even with purchasing a new propane tank. That would be my only complaint. They have beach chairs, beach towels and even beach toys for kids. Overall would recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Eventide three different times because it is the perfect beach vacation spot for us. It is just a few steps to the beach and the pool is in the back yard. We love the large living room/ kitchen area and the deck which overlooks the gulf. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Any issues we had were taken care of right away by the management. We love our time there!!
