Enjoy 37.5 ft. of private dockage with easy access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you’re fishing, snorkeling, or cruising, this location is a boater’s dream.

The Home
-2 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms – sleeps up to 5 guests
- Bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the home for privacy
- Master: King bed
- Guest: 1 Queen bed + 1 Twin bed
- Fully equipped kitchen – all the essentials to cook at home
- Screened porch area with washer & dryer

Additional Amenities
-Comcast cable & internet
- Outdoor space for relaxing after a day on the water

Maximum occupancy: 5 guests (200 sq. ft. per person per city rules)

Rental Information
- Saturday check-in ONLY (after 4 PM)
- Saturday check-out ONLY (by 10 AM)

Great location with a very private resort like backyard. Owner was responsive with a last minute booking, and request for pool heat. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool, the dock, the tiki hut, and the entire house are absolutely stunning and incredibly inviting! There’s nothing quite like popping into the refreshing pool after an exhilarating day of fishing! It’s the perfect way to unwind and soak up the joy of the moment!

Staying at this beautiful home for two weeks recently made our annual lobster vacation better than ever before!!! Check-in was super-easy using the lockbox, and the home is in great condition and beautifully furnished. All of the basic essentials were stocked for us and the kitchen very well-equipped with much more than we would ever need. My favorite area, though, was the back patio with pool, bar, and tiki hut...when we weren't on the boat, I spent the majority of time relaxing there! So nice!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful property and highly recommend it.

Loved this property!

This is the perfect rental in the Keys! The inside is large and roomy, with plenty of space to spread out. The outdoor area is just lovely- lots of shade and beautiful trees and tropical plants. Would for sure book again!

The house was exactly as shown in photos exceot for a broken pool and dock light. The owner was contacted about that. The pool amd outdoor area were clean as well as the indoor area. We had a pretty peaceful stay except for one or two groups across the canal that were loud late into the evening, but that is something that the owner can't control. We just went inside. The appliances are up-to-date and trash and pool were taken care of in a timely manner during our stay. We had an issue with the shower and it was fixed immediately. We would stay here again. Great location to get anywhere in the keys within an hour or so.

Excellent Location

Our stay here was wonderful! The outside area was beautiful. We saw stingrays, manatee and even a shark in the canal. There were shady areas to enjoy even on the sunniest of days. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Lovely home

This is a great home for friends to kick back and relax on vacation. The onsite pool is a gem of the property along with the bedrooms being large. We cooked out and so enjoyed sitting in the tiki hut. The master bathroom does not have a counter or space for your belongings when getting ready. That is the only issue. Book this place, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful, quiet, beautiful location!

Our stay at Southern Comfort was excellent! The backyard outdoor space is a dream! Communication with the property owner/manager was easy and they quickly responded to all of our questions! Very enjoyable vacation.

Perfect

This house is in a perfect location at Key Colony Beach. The backyard is an oasis with the perfect amount of sun and shade. The waterfall feature in the pool is so relaxing. The privacy with the beautiful landscaping is fabulous-definitely one of the nicest we saw as we paddled the kayaks down the canals. The house is lovely inside too.

We enjoyed the backyard amenities. Pool during the day and fishing off the dock in the early morning and evening. Home was super clean and location was great! We walked to beach and enjoyed the sunset view.

Excellent week in Marathon FL

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO. The laidback location was exactly what we were looking for - peaceful and relaxing. We loved being able to walk to Sunset Beach in the evenings to enjoy the stunning views and serene atmosphere. During the day, strolling through the charming the neighborhood was a delightful experience.The property itself was spotless and well maintained , with a beautiful tropical backyard that made us feel like we were in our private oasis. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and clean place to stay. We hope to come back soon!

Our dream is to live here permanently and share this paradise with travelers from around the world, showing that life is all about health, happiness, and simple joys.

Key Colony Beach has everything we could ask for—convenient shopping, excellent restaurants with friendly staff, and one of the best hospitals just 10 minutes away. It’s a very safe community with 24/7 law enforcement, giving us peace of mind every day.

We hope you’ll enjoy our comfortable home and tropical backyard, a space where we love to spend time and relax. Key Colony Beach is truly a hidden gem, and we are excited to share it with you.
