The dock has 37.5' of dockage, a covered fish cleaning station, and 30 and 50-amp service at the dock. There's plenty of parking too, including a carport, to accommodate several cars and your boat trailer.

Key Colony Beach is a sought-after resort community in the Middle Florida Keys with restaurants, a 9-hole (Par 3) golf course,  a beach club, and an oceanfront park. Vacationers and residents alike enjoy walking and biking around this beautiful community.
