This spectacular beach front home in SummerCamp Beach is truly a vacation home like no other. Perfect for large or extended families, this Gulf Front home has 3 master suites all with a private luxury baths. Two bunkrooms provide 8 more beds offering plenty of sleeping arrangements for children of all ages. A gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry will delight those who truly want a first class experience. Designed from the ground up to take advantage of the ocean setting, this home puts you at the edge of the water with breath taking views for literally miles out to the Gulf of Mexico. A gentle breeze awaits you on the spacious screened porch that wraps the entire front of the house. Down below features a large gathering area. Two large family rooms allow for total living space flexibility with flat screen tvs in every bedroom. The unique architecture of the home provides massive windows throughout, offering amazing views of the entire beach area. With no neighbors to the left of right, you will feel like you have stepped into your private paradise. This home is truly one of a kind.

'Happy Ours' is located in SummerCamp beach. This resort community provides a unique beach experience that is both rustic and natural at the same time. At certain times during the year there may be seaweed that washes ashore and may decrease the amount of beach that is exposed.

There is a community pool within walking distance of the home. Kick back and enjoy breathtaking views of the gulf as you lounge under a cabana or swim in the pool.

Commune with nature as you walk along one of the many boardwalks in the community that wind through the undisturbed marshlands, wetlands and woods.

This is what old Florida feels like and you will sense that you have stepped back into a simpler time, where fishing, boating, shelling, swimming and reconnecting with family is possible. Located just 45 minutes south of the Tallahassee airport, getting here is quite convenient, but leaving will be very hard.

This property has a 7 night minimum and is a Saturday-Saturday booking from March 1st- September 30th.

Perfect for Big Families

Would highly recommend this house for multiple families with kids. Our group had three couples with a total of five kids ranging from 15-3. It was the perfect spot for us. House: Big and beautiful. Tons of space to come together or find a quiet place to relax. Some maintenance things do need to be addressed - one concern was missing smoke detectors on top floor. Location: Water Front!! literally at the bottom of the stairs at high tide. Water is shallow with small waves. Great for little kids who can’t handle waves of a regular beach, and perfect for older kids to find sea life. Community is quiet and friendly with a nice pool. We were worried about activities - we found more than enough to do within a 45 minute drive or less. Beach: A bit small, but more room on either side of the house. Lots of seaweed - no rake provided nor did the community maintain it so bring a rake if you can. Low tide can go out a few hundred feet leaving behind pools with so many animals to see.

Great family trip!

Wow! We loved our stay at Happy Ours! The house has incredible views and is in a great community. There was a lot of space for everyone to spread out, but plenty of space to spend time with family as well. The shallow water was perfect for our granddaughters. They loved it when the tide went out and they could look in the tidal pools. We are already thinking about our next trip!

Family vacation

We stayed at Happy Ours for our group family vacation. The house was large, spacious, clean and super close to the water. The porch was one of my favorite spots for morning coffee. We enjoyed the tide pools with the littles at low tide. Even flying kites where the water was just a few short hours before. The kids would play for hours catching all kinds of sea life. The pool area was very nice and clean. The only negative I would have to say is that the air conditioning in one of the master bedrooms didn’t seem to be working or at least working well. We had to purchase a fan to place in the doorway to bring cold air into the room. But overall I would recommend this house and would stay again.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful home! We had a great time at 'Happy Ours'. Home was spacious and clean. Neighborhood was safe and pool area was great as well. Close enough for a scenic drive to St. George, and all of the nature areas around. Thank you very much...We will be back!

Very nice house which was perfect for a combination Thanksgiving and Christmas celebration. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 6 children. Everyone had a very enjoyable stay. Everyone enjoyed the beach and views. We were right on the shore with great sunrise and sunset views. Enjoyed being together and attending nephew's wedding in Crawfordville.

Great rental with lots of space right on the water

The house was great with lots of room for indoor activities. The Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The bathrooms are enormous and clean. The large screened porch was spacious and comfortable but could use some ceiling fans. The location provides more of a "lake house" experience rather than a "beach house". The sand was only accessible at low tide and had woody spikes sticking out right at the bottom of the stairs. The wind stops completely after dark making the porch hot and humid. Ceiling fans would help! Everyone enjoyed looking for sea creatures and the pool was a short walk.

Wonderful Experience

Tranquil Beauty

The property over all is in a beautiful setting, several species of birds and beautiful wildlife, the tide goes way out in the afternoon leaving tide pools full of sea creatures which the young ones and adults really enjoyed. The house is very nice and spacious. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and over look in the evenings. The only complaints I have is there were no paddle boards or kayaks available, we had to rent them which was another expense. Perhaps nit picky, but we like to keep a tidy house but had no dustpan or working vacuum to clean up with.

Fantastic Property and Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic week at Happy Ours. The wraparound porch is AMAZING and was our favorite spot on the property. The house and especially kitchen are so thoughtfully and well equipped. The property is in a quiet, natural area away from traffic and nestled in natural beauty. The area is perfectly situated between Carrabelle for groceries and a public pier and Panacea for some fantastic restaurants (highly recommend Trident).

Wonderful spring break

Such a great house. The porch is wonderful. Bedrooms are very spread out which is nice for extended family. Very peaceful and the nature around was so relaxing.

Relaxing post Christmas vacation

Great House

Clean , spacious, great wrap around screened porch with nice furniture, plenty of space for large family, maintenance very responsive, plenty of kitchen equipment, needs a new cooktop and ice dispenser. Beach is nice and house is very close to water. To swim or use water toys is a challenge. Would rent again. CB

Great house

This was a great house wish there was a little more beach though. We are a very active family and I was hard to do all the activities we usually do since there wasn't much beach. But we made it work thanks to the extremely low tides they had.

Paradise

This house was phenomenal!! The view couldn't get much better. It was so secluded that we were pretty much the only ones on the beach or if there was others we were so far apart it didn't matter so if you don't want to be around people this is the place. The house was right there that it didn't take much to pack stuff down if you wanted but honestly didn't have to with being steps from the ocean. It had everything beach wise you could want. Two kayaks, two paddle boards, lawn chairs, beach toys, BBQ grill. You name it they had it. Down fall it only had one washer and dryer so of there's a bunch of you needing to do laundry you had to wait. Other than that it was great. Needs a few cosmetic fixes in the house but with alot of people coming and going it happens. Would definitely recommend. Would want to wear water shoes as there are Sting Ray's and horse shoe crabs you could step on. Did see some dolphins jumping about and a few baby sharks which was cool to see.

Beautiful, unique house on the beach

What an awesome house. It is literally on the Gulf Coast. Pros: you will never be closer to the beach. The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything you could imagine to enjoy your trip. There was plenty of room with many different hang out areas. The wrap around porch had a killer view of 180 degrees of unspoiled beachfront. Very close to the community pool. Cons: Pack in everything you need- as the house is in a remote area that is a 20 minute drive from groceries, etc. The wifi was not working the week we were there and we were told this was pretty common for the area. No bathtubs in the home if you have little ones- all showers. Other than these minor things, had no complaints.
