I was in town for family weekend at my child’s college. The home is conveniently located. Everything is as advertised and pictured. The host was very professional and communicative. They seemed to genuinely care about our comfort. The only downside, which could be my lack of tech savvy is that we weren’t able to get the televisions to work the streaming platforms. I have bookmarked Summerhill as my fav place to stay when I’m in the area.

Great location, close proximity to restaurants and shops. Neighborhood was fantastic and there are tons of great places within walking distance. Host was very responsive and the house was very clean and comfortable. Fantastic experience and would definitely book again! Five stars all around!

Great location

We were in town for a big Volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. We loved being so close. The house was exactly as advertised and clean. Owner was very friendly.

Great Location!

This is a great location, walkable to the quaint downtown Summerhill. If you're looking for a place to stay for a football game, concert and local happenings, this is your place. If you want a more "at home" convenience, this may not be the best. This is a pure rental, not enough small attention to cooking utensils, pans, towels, blowdryer was gone and there were hotel soaps. As I stated, perfect for a couple of nights to sleep, safe location and comfortable. AC worked great!
