Secluded home overlooking Fraser River with hot tub, 3 fireplaces, amazing views

Large home located on 30 acres overlooking the Fraser River in Tabernash, Colorado. Enjoy all that Grand County has to offer during the day while relaxing in luxury when you return home. This is the perfect house for making family memories.

This home has six bedrooms that accommodate up to 12 people -- 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms (one queen over queen/one twin over full). PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ACCESS THE QUEEN OVER QUEEN BUNK ROOM THROUGH ONE OF THE QUEEN BEDROOMS. There is plenty of room to spread out with several living areas and two huge decks, one with a 10 person hot tub and one with a gas fire pit and chairs.

You and and the kids will have plenty to do with a game room featuring a pool table and Play Station 4, a horseshoe pit, and even a basketball hoop out front. There are outdoor activities galore a short drive away, or stay at home and enjoy a book in the recliner in the reading nook.

Please note, if you are trying to access the property in the winter months, the drive requires a four wheel drive/all wheel drive vehicle with decent snow tires or chains.

Finally, we live in the home part time and respect our neighbors. Consequently, we are interested in renting to other respectful families who will treat our home with care. This is not the property to rent for large groups looking to party.

Grandpa’s Happy Birthday Gathering

Our family enjoyed the scenery, the hot tub, the plethora of spaces for fun and games and the comfy beds. Highly recommend this vacation rental. The host is easy to work with and everything was just as presented. Very clean and well appointed kitchen. Five stars!

AMAZING!

Spent Christmas with my family here and we had an amazing vacation. The home was perfect in every way. I honestly can’t find one thing that we didn’t love. Short drive to Fraser and Winter Park where there are lots of fun things to do. Communication with the owner was VERY quick and they were very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing Mountain Home!

We had a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving as an extended family in this beautiful mountain home! There are perfect spaces to gather, play games, and enjoy the jaw dropping views. The beds are comfortable and the layout of the bedrooms was perfect for our group. The hot tub is enormous and the water sanitation was terrific. All in all, we couldn’t recommend this spot highly enough for any group like ours considering spending some time near Winter Park!

Absolutely breathtaking views. Plenty of space for everyone to find their own nook. We never ate out, everyone took turns for meals, kitchen was well equipped. Lots of reading, hot-tubbing, basketball, card games, and nature! Thank you Paul and Sarah for sharing your ROOST with us!

Beautiful Mountain views

This is a beautiful property up in the mountains with a great view. Its within an hour drive of lots of activities including bike riding, white water rafting and zip lining. The kitchen is stocked enough we were able to cook for a big group for breakfast and dinner every night. I was going to say it needed a cookie sheet, but my SIL found them the last night we were there! We had a minor problem with the cleaning. But the hosts were very responsive and got it fixed for us. My only thought for anyone to consider is the house is about 20 minutes from the main road up winding roads. So you have to add 20 minutes to any trip. But it also the reason that the views are so good... just something to consider while looking.
