LIVING AREAS
Snuggle up by the gas fireplace after a day of mountain activities. Plush furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. A 60” smart TV allows you to stream favorite shows.
A shuffleboard table in the game room offers hours of family amusement. You’ll also find a comfy sectional and a 40” smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Home chefs will appreciate the modern kitchen, complete with a full suite of high-end appliances. A large island with granite countertops provides ample preparation space and seats four.
Gather for home-cooked meals around the table for up to 12 in the sunlit dining area.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home sleeps up to 16 guests in six bedrooms.
The master bedroom features a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom includes two separate vanities, a deep bathtub, and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom holds two twin-over-full bunk beds.
The third and fourth bedrooms each boast a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The fifth bedroom is furnished with a twin-size daybed with a twin trundle, and the main-level sixth bedroom has a queen bed.
An additional bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
Gather on the back deck to grill tasty meals and dine alfresco amid the lush forest. Enjoy a relaxing soak in your private hot tub anytime. Roast marshmallows over a wood-burning firepit in the backyard.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for six cars (two in the garage and four in the driveway).
This home does not have air-conditioning (rarely needed at elevation 8,500’).
THE LOCATION
Drive 7 miles to Winter Park Resort to ski fresh powder. Après-ski attractions like upscale restaurants and unique shops await in the town at the base of the resort.
In summer months, walk 0.3 miles to the Red Gate Access to Idlewild Trails for hiking and biking through stunning landscapes.
Make the 10-minute drive to Grand Park Community & Recreation Center to swim in the indoor pool or exercise at the fitness center.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
