RESORT RENOVATION NOTICE – August 2025 to March 2026
Adjusted Rates with a 25% DISCOUNT
BALCONY CLOSURE FOR THIS UNIT WILL BE NOVEMBER 3 – DECEMBER 27, 2025 (DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
Please be advised that Long Beach Resort will be undergoing exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through March 2026, as part of a large-scale project coordinated by the Homeowners’ Association.
Construction setup and equipment deliveries will take place from August 4–18, with actual work starting August 18. This includes stucco and concrete repairs, sealant replacement, balcony updates, and exterior repainting throughout the resort.
What to Expect During Your Stay:
• Construction noise may occur during work hours: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, guests may experience hammering, chipping, grinding, and other renovation-related activity
• Balcony closures will begin in phases starting August 28, but not all balconies will be closed at the same time. Work will proceed by tower and unit stack, with different schedules depending on unit location. (CLOSED BALCONY DATES ARE Nov 3 - Dec 27, 2025)
• Walkways and entryways may be rerouted temporarily for safety
• Beach access will remain open at all times, though some boardwalk closures may occur
• No refunds will be issued for construction-related inconvenience on reservations booked after July 1, 2025
• This unit includes free seasonal beach chair service (March 1 – October 31)
Pool Closures:
• Lagoon Pool & Hot Tub: Open through November 28, 2025
• Tower 1 & 2 Pool/Hot Tub: Closed August 28 – November 28, 2025
• Tower 3 & 4 Pool/Hot Tub: Closed October 20, 2025 – End of project
Our owners have applied a 25% discount to all reservations during this period to reflect any potential inconvenience. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience as the resort completes these important upgrades to enhance the property for all future guests.

We stayed here for our anniversary the last week of August! The condo was very nice and the views were excellent. Saw dolphins every morning early playing in the water! Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Everyone was friendly and we really liked the property was gated!

The property was first class. Our room was clean and perfectly furnished. The view from our 14th floor balcony was absolutely beautiful. Our host were very responsive to our needs. I would give our stay at Long Beach Resort a "10". We will be back and hopefully stay in the same room.

Beautiful

I could not have been happier with this condo. It’s very clean and well kept. The decor is beautiful presenting a nice relaxing vibe. You cannot beat the ocean view scenery! I loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning watching the sun rise and taking in the wild life. I also enjoyed the beach life! Just steps away from the ocean.

Perfect Penthouse Property

The penthouse unit was exactly as advertised and displayed in the photos. The communication with the host was exemplary and we found the place to be very relaxing and quiet. It was a perfect setting for me and my spouse. We enjoyed it, and highly recommend.

Perfect for couple

My husband and I were in PCB for spring break. The condo is exactly as described and we had no issues. The location is perfect with a large balcony to enjoy. I felt safe and the unit was clean and comfortable. There is easy access to the beach with rental chairs and umbrella provided- a lovely perk! In unit washer and dryer helped tremendously for our week-long stay. If we ever come to PCB again, we would absolutely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful beach! Condo was very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Everything was high quality from the furniture down to the silverware. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Great location and beautiful view! Would definitely stay again and plan on it. The parking area had security and was even asked about my bracelet (forgot to put on). Put I did appreciate that they were looking.
