End your day in the rooftop hot tub overlooking the hills around Walnut Creek. This modern apartment is in a newer building with elevator access, garage parking, and a courtyard lounge with a gas fire pit. It's a noticeably different experience from a standard vacation rental.

Inside, you'll find in-unit washer and dryer, fast WiFi, a dedicated desk setup, and a full kitchen with modern appliances. The king bed is comfortable and the bathroom has contemporary fixtures. Keypad entry for flexible check-in. EV charging is available in the garage.

The building sits right in downtown Walnut Creek, surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and Broadway Plaza shopping. You can walk to pretty much anything you'd need, from a weeknight dinner to a grocery run at Trader Joe's. The Iron Horse Trail is nearby for morning runs or casual rides. For bigger outings, BART connects to San Francisco, Mt. Diablo is 20 minutes by car for outstanding hiking, and wine country is under an hour.

Location Location Location

Great little studio with all the amenities you would need. So close to restaurants and shops. My only negative is that you only get one "key" to get into the building. It was super inconvenient a few times this stay as my husband and I were on different schedules. This is the 4th time we have stayed here and will definitely be back.

I would love to keep this place a secret but...

I feel like this apartment is the best kept secret in Walnut Creek. It is beautiful. It is comfortable. It is convenient. Not only was it interesting and fun to get the key and the opener for the garage, but it helps you realize how secure the building is. The spot in the parking garage has convenient access to the elevator as well as from the elevator to the room. Everything in the apartment seems new and the room itself is much nicer than the pictures, if you can believe that. It is also immaculately clean. The studio has every convenience to cook anything, and all the appliances, like I said, seemed like they were brand new. The bed is comfortable, all the way down to the pillows, comforter and the sheets. If you can't tell by now, I really loved staying here. Lastly, Bradley was very kind and very informative. He answered every question including, "Where did you get that great couch?" I will definitely book again whenever I am in the area.

Well appointed

Modern loft style studio with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Bed and linens where luxurious. Would have preferred cable tv as opposed to internet stations.

Note regarding the TV... the apartment is equipped with a 4K smart TV with streaming YouTube TV service included. Great Location with Wonderful Amenities

Was very lucky to find this property to stay for a week while my home was being worked on. The property is lovely and a very convenient location. Bradley helped me with everything from answering questions before I booked to making sure I had everything I need at during my stay. Would stay here again and recommend to out of town guests.
