Some things could use updating and some things could have been cleaner (both minor). But overall I enjoyed the stay. The location was great. And communicating with Kathryn was wonderful, so warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay again!

Quiet setting, great access to the bay and shuttle to Provincetown, lots of thoughtful amenities. Outdoor seating area had a great cross breeze. Host was nothing short of thorough/polite in communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While compact in size, the unit had everything we needed for a Ptown getaway. We really appreciated the convenient and free shuttlebus service and enjoyed time on the bay beach. Other unit owners and guests were friendly and helpful and even invited us to participate in an impromptu movie night by the fire pit. The only downside is that we had to buy toilet paper for our last day as there was no spare roll.

This place is old, dirty and dark. The property manager was lovely and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable but the place is a dump.

Our host was extremely patient and well communicative! 100% would come back with my family! This spot was also perfect to be close to the beach and to be away for a private getaway with loved ones.

Communication with owner was great! Couldn’t ask for a better location. Private beach during peak cape cod tourist season was amazing. Not crowded at all. My only critique would be the beds. They definitely could be better.

Charming little studio in an excellent location. An easy 10 minute drive to Ptown, and the beautiful bay-side private beach truly was just across the street. Very clean, tidy and up to date bathroom. Great ceiling fan, and the window AC heats or cools. A few notes: The fridge is more of a dorm-sized mini-fridge than an "apartment fridge." See the photos. And you'll need to pay 25 for sheets and towels, or bring your own.

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot! The place itself was also adorable and perfect for a short getaway. We’d absolutely come back again.

Love the location. Housekeeping could have been better; there were lots of cobwebs along the baseboards and the fan was really dusty. The plates and cups had to be rewashed before we could use them because they were stained and dirty.other than that it was great- thanks

If you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and comfortable place where your privacy is respected, this is the perfect choice. I had the pleasure of interacting with two outstanding individuals during my stay. When one of the rooms wasn’t ready, the owner handled the situation promptly and professionally by arranging an alternative without delay. Their responsiveness and courtesy made the experience truly seamless. The rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and offer everything needed for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

A lil’ piece of heaven

My Mom and I rented this room and loved the quaintness of it. We loved how quiet it was yet accessible to the private beach and Provincetown. We will definitely book again!
