Microwave & small convection oven; mini-fridge with small freezer compartment; double induction cooktop. Heater/AC & ceiling fan. Expansive window area. 2 beach chairs + umbrella. Water & forest views. Deck, outdoor table & chairs. Grilling options, firepit. little free library. Borders conservation property w/new 3-trail 1.5 mile system. Designated outdoor smoking areas. NO pets. Off-street parking. On SHUTTLE LINE to Provincetown and other Outer Cape beaches, shopping, amenities. Convenience shopping & beach club w/pool, tennis, restaurant, etc. (not incl. in rental fees) in walking distance. Close to P'town and National Seashore beaches, trails. We request that you provide your own bed (sheets & pillowcases) and bath linens, if possible. If you wish us to provide them, there is an additional $25 linen/laundry fee.

A lil’ piece of heaven

My Mom and I rented this room and loved the quaintness of it. We loved how quiet it was yet accessible to the private beach and Provincetown. We will definitely book again!

Our host was extremely patient and well communicative! 100% would come back with my family! This spot was also perfect to be close to the beach and to be away for a private getaway with loved ones.

Quiet setting, great access to the bay and shuttle to Provincetown, lots of thoughtful amenities. Outdoor seating area had a great cross breeze. Host was nothing short of thorough/polite in communication.

Some things could use updating and some things could have been cleaner (both minor). But overall I enjoyed the stay. The location was great. And communicating with Kathryn was wonderful, so warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay again!

Communication with owner was great! Couldn’t ask for a better location. Private beach during peak cape cod tourist season was amazing. Not crowded at all. My only critique would be the beds. They definitely could be better.

This place is old, dirty and dark. The property manager was lovely and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable but the place is a dump.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While compact in size, the unit had everything we needed for a Ptown getaway. We really appreciated the convenient and free shuttlebus service and enjoyed time on the bay beach. Other unit owners and guests were friendly and helpful and even invited us to participate in an impromptu movie night by the fire pit. The only downside is that we had to buy toilet paper for our last day as there was no spare roll.

Love the location. Housekeeping could have been better; there were lots of cobwebs along the baseboards and the fan was really dusty. The plates and cups had to be rewashed before we could use them because they were stained and dirty.other than that it was great- thanks

Charming little studio in an excellent location. An easy 10 minute drive to Ptown, and the beautiful bay-side private beach truly was just across the street. Very clean, tidy and up to date bathroom. Great ceiling fan, and the window AC heats or cools. A few notes: The fridge is more of a dorm-sized mini-fridge than an "apartment fridge." See the photos. And you'll need to pay 25 for sheets and towels, or bring your own.

So glad you enjoyed your stay and the great location. We hope to have a slightly larger fridge as the result of renovation this off-season, but the current one - an emergency replacement - is the first one we've had that has even a tiny freezer compartment! So that, at least, has been a plus. The linen/laundry information is in the listing information, but I fear a lot of people overlook it at the time of booking. I'll check to see if I can make it more prominent. The alternative is to turn off the auto-accept feature. Thank you again for your booking!

If you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and comfortable place where your privacy is respected, this is the perfect choice. I had the pleasure of interacting with two outstanding individuals during my stay. When one of the rooms wasn’t ready, the owner handled the situation promptly and professionally by arranging an alternative without delay. Their responsiveness and courtesy made the experience truly seamless. The rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and offer everything needed for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

I want you to be able to scale back, relax, be comfortable, and enjoy all the views - water, woods, sky, sunsets, clouds - and all the activities the area has to offer, from beach to art to nightlife in Provincetown, to the National Seashore! Whether on the deck, in the unit, at the beach or on the trails - so much is at your "fingertips" here, including the shuttle bus around the area if you don't want to get back into your car for a while!

This place speaks - volumes - for itself. It is a beautiful, semi-rural, open area. You can't get much closer to the bay, nor closer to the woods, not to mention both at once. Calm, quiet, beautiful always!

Proximity to private beach, local trails, public transportation -- sun, sand, woods, water! And as of this season we're also using all that sunshine to generate power! It just keeps getting better and better ... and we hope you'll love it, too!
