The Space:

SunDestin Beach Resort is located directly on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. With a 24 hour on-site desk, the Scenic Stays team is always available for anything you need. Amenities include  outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub, a fitness center and a gift shop in the lobby, where you’ll find souvenirs for everyone back home. Additional seasonal amenities include beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). SunDestin Beach Resort is the place to spend your next trip to Destin.



SunDestin 307 welcomes you with the bedroom and bathroom at the front of the condo, and a fully equipped kitchen and living area with fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to whip up breakfast, lunch or dinner. The dining and living area both have plenty of space for guests, with a table for four and two sofas, plus a large TV where you can enjoy the complimentary DVD rentals that come with your stay. Directly off the living area, the balcony offers the best views and has seating for two to listen to the crashing waves.



The living room offers a queen-sized sofa bed and a king-sized bed sits in the master, so there’s enough room for four guests in this updated one-bedroom unit. The whole condo has been updated and wall to wall windows in the common area means you can’t miss the view.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



Sundestin Beach Resort lies right in the middle of everything in Destin, with Big Kahuna’s and The Track less than a mile away and shopping and dining just four miles east in Destin Commons. During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
