CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

SunDestin Beach Resort offers a truly relaxing vacation getaway, located just steps from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin, FL. The Scenic Stays team is available 24 hours a day to assist you via our front desk.

The spacious conference room is the ideal accommodation for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).

Upon entering SunDestin 1105, you will experience a true home away from home. To the left of the entrance is a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and a mounted flat-screen television. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen provides the perfect space for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to enjoy at the beach. Enjoy your favorite meal at the dining table, seating up to four guests. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large flat-screen television, DVD player and comfortable seating, ideal for unwinding with your loved ones after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Destin has to offer.

Panoramic gulf-front views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the balcony, with seating for four. Sip on your morning coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of the waves in the morning and experience an unforgettable view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico in the evening. This lovely one-bedroom, eleventh-floor vacation rental offers cozy sleeping options for up to four people with a large king bed in the master bedroom along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
