CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Upon entering SunDestin 804, you will feel right at home, while being able to experience breathtaking eighth-floor views of the Gulf of Mexico. To the right of the entrance, you will find the bedroom featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and comfortable bedding, along with direct entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway as well, and boasts stunning granite countertops. Nestled in the hallway is a set of twin bunk beds, providing a cozy space for children to unwind. Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen offers elegant granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances as well as a beautifully-tiled backsplash, providing a picturesque space for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to take down to the beach. Plenty of seating is available at the kitchen breakfast bar. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and DVD player, along with a comfortable couch and two chairs, ideal for relaxing with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.

Sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the balcony, with seating for four. Sip on your morning coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of the waves in the morning and experience an unforgettable view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico in the evening. This lovely one-bedroom, eighth-floor vacation rental offers comfortable sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a set of twin bunks nestled in the hallway, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
