CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Let’s start with the seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee) and outdoor tiki bar. Continue on with the newly-renovated outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated seasonally), and fitness facility. Then add our outdoor hot tub, a sauna, and a steam room, and top it off with complimentary DVD rentals, a gift shop. In addition to the many amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for your personal or professional functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 0612 is a lovely, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo accommodating up to seven. Gorgeous views abound midst cozy furnishings in this sun-filled open-concept living/dining area. Upon entrance you’ll note plenty of cupboard and cabinet space in the fully-appointed kitchen. Gather around the dining table for a game of cards or a puzzle or convene in the living room for a movie on the large flat-screen TV. Enjoy expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony, accessible from both the living room and master suite. Wake up refreshed each morning from a peaceful night sleep either on the queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, in the guest bedroom with a double bed and twin bed, or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

There’s no shortage of ways to unwind at the resort, but when you’re ready to venture off property, you’ll find a plethora of restaurants, boutiques, and water activities waiting to be discovered!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
