Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Maintain your workout regime in the exercise facility and enjoy complimentary DVD rentals while lounging in your unit. Explore the lobby gift shop for mementos and keepsakes  SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it the perfect destination for your personal and professional functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 1516 is a cozy one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. There is no bad seat in this open-concept living/dining unit with expansive views from virtually everywhere! Settle in on the ultra-comfy couch or loveseat in the living room and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Prepare meals in the fully-stocked kitchen with loads of cabinet and counter space so everyone can help out. Take in pristine views from the private balcony directly overlooking the gulf and accessible from the living room or the master suite. Enjoy peaceful slumber either on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite, which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Start your day at HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor, home to a wide variety of culinary traditions, nightly entertainment, and incredible views. Check out Harry T’s and Margaritaville for fresh, local cuisine, tropical drinks, and good times!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
